Family had a great time at the 45-acre pool property. The property is well maintained and was very clean for our week-long visit. The pool was fantastic, and we spent many hours enjoying its warmth and cleanliness. Property manager Chase and his staff were all very easy to work with. Loved the barn, and we all participated in activities in that area. Wonderful vacation home.

I would 100% recommend this property to any large groups!! We really loved the barn with the disco ball and party lights, the fire pit, awesome pool area, huge kitchen, double master bedroom, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was super responsive and cool!

The home was ideal for our wedding venue and a long weekend with Family and friends. We enjoyed the fire pit and many swam in the heated pool. Our wedding out in the back yard with the beautiful park-like atmosphere was gorgeous and pictures were enhanced because of it. The barn for our reception was perfect for caterer, full band and 12 large tables and dancing! Chase was so responsive to every question and came by with anything we needed for our five day stay! Highly recommend for weddings, reunions or any large gathering!

The owners were so kind and their communication was on point. They had everything we needed as a large family between the ages of 6 months - 70 years old. Close to lots of amenities but the property is very private. Everyone had a fantastic time, thank you so much for your hospitality!

I can not be any happier with our stay! We had my sons wedding here, invited 80 guests and it turned out AMAZING! The house was perfect! It was comfortable and really set up perfect for a wedding venue! We transformed the barn into the most beautiful wedding venue! Everone loved it! Don’t think twice, book it! ANOTHER GREAT WEEK IN MICHIGAN

Our family of 18 (ranging in age from 80 to 3) have been spending a July week on Lake Michigan for almost 20 years. This year we celebrated an 80th birthday and our 51-year old daughter surprised us all by getting married to her best friend of 16 years.This property was a perfect place for both of those celebrations!!
The family walked a total of over 80 miles for Grandpa!
Jodi and Tim finally tied the knot after 16 years!

So good we spent all 3 days on the property!

The entire group (all 20 of us) was blown away by the quality, cleanliness, and space provided at the home. The pool was perfect. We had a 3 night stay and had no need to even leave the property! Everyone had a blast fishing swimming and hanging all day. The best part was having somewhere to hang during the night inside the barn! Would highly recommend this place to any small or large group looking for a spacious and fun stay!

Peaceful retreat

Plenty of room for all! We had 3 families with 5 children ages 8 to 16 and there was something for everyone to do. The fishing was great. Huge bluegill and lots of large mouth bass. The pool was a big hit with the diving board and slide. Close to oval beach and restaurant. We had a few issues which Chase took care of right away. Very peaceful location.

Amazing for a large group

We rented this house for our 10th wedding anniversary and stayed with a couple of families, including kids. It was the perfect place for our celebration! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space.The property itself was beautiful and large, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The biggest highlight was the barn with the party area and music setup—it was an absolute hit and made our celebration even more special!The management team was excellent—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this house for any special gathering!

Awesome venue for a wedding!

Had a wonderful time in this space! A beautiful kitchen with multiple stoves were very helpful for our caterers. The patio is beautiful and allowed us to enjoy a rehearsal dinner out there. The warm pool with the slide and diving board created many wonderful memories! Loved the decor in the home as well; all of our guests were shocked at the design of the place. The barn in the back was absolutely beautiful for the reception and was utilized to its fullest! Everything was spotlessly clean, spacious, and Chase was extremely responsive (and came over as needed) to any and all questions we had throughout the event. Very grateful for this beautiful space and service! Can't say enough. The best VRBO we have had yet.

Amazing Property and Location

We were a family of 13 arriving from New Jersey, Switzerland, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota. The property exceeded everyone’s expectations. We fished, hiked and played games in the barn. We even had one guest in power wheelchair that we made work because Chase was kind enough to measure all the steps and doorways prior to arrival. We saw deer every morning, went fishing in pond and had incredible catches, A brand new nest of baby bunnies showed up in the hosta plant near the front door. The pool was clean and amazing. Saugatauk and beaches were close by. We were even able to ride our e-bikes to the beach. Thank you for an unforgettable week.

Grad party & Birthday gathering with my relatives

I booked this wonderful home through VRBO between 05/23 - 05/26 for my family and relatives who came to attend my daughter’s grad party and also celebrate my daughter’s birthday at the property. We couldn’t have booked a better home than this for our group size of 25. The property was very clean and looked new. Kudos to the owner who had maintained it very well!! All rooms were very spacious with 2 beds in most of the rooms and plenty of space to move around. Swimming pool was a big plus especially with kids who almost spent an entire day. I tried my best to take everyone to nearby Saugatuck beach but no one wanted to move out of home as there were lot of things to explore in this 45 acres farm land. We were planning to use the Barn for our daughter’s birthday party but dining hall was spacious enough to host 50 people including our friends. Grills were available in the property which we made the best use of it. Home owner was very kind and accommodated our small requests. Overall it was a great experience in Fennville, MI which we have known only for Apple picking. Thank you very much for helping to create wonderful moments with my family and relatives!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. We had five families sharing the house during our stay and there was plenty of space for people to spreadout and enjoy our vacation. The house was spacious with rooms for all! The barn was a fun addition and our families took advantage of the space for a cornhole tournament. Our families also enjoy the wide open yard where they played countless other games, several family members enjoyed the pond for some fishing, while everyone took advantage of the beautiful pool to cool off during the warm, muggy summer days! The owner was also execellent in staying in touch, answering our questions and resolving a few issues we had during our stay. We've stayed in many vacation rentals; this was certainly one of the best experiences we had! We were secluded, yet close enough to visit wineries, beaches and golf courses!

Beautiful Home

26th Anniversary Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our annual Girls Weekend vacation. Plenty of space, so clean, fully stocked amenities, the beds were so comfortable. Chase was quick to respond with any questions. We have stayed at quite a few houses in our 26 years, and this one is at the top. I would totally recommend this rental to anyone looking.
