Escape to sunny Florida in this bright and cheerful ground-floor King Suite—perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or solo retreat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this inviting space features a plush king bed, a ceiling fan, and a 55” Smart TV with cable for easy entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker and air fryer—ideal for light meals, snacks, and morning coffee. Enjoy the ease of being just a short stroll from both parking and the sparkling Laterra pool, located next door in the serene courtyard of the 955 building.

While this suite does not have a washer/dryer, one load of sheets and towels are provided weekly and included in the monthly rate. Guests have access to all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Traveling with little ones? Baby gear such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib—as well as beach chairs—are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability).

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old, barking dogs are not acceptable and will be removed if persistent barking is reported.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not conducive for long term stay. No laundry available or nearby, limited cooking, and a parking lot view that made it necessary to keep the drapes closed. Coupled with poor lighting and electrical problems. One outlet didn't work and the lights flickered when a bathroom drawer was closed. The light in the "kitchen" was only over the sink making it difficult to see microwave buttons. The ceiling fan was inaccessible,no chains or remote. Billing errors but no one returned my calls or responded to an email. Also, no usps mail delivery.
