Guest bedroom has 2 queens. 42" flat screen HD TV in living area & Master. WIFI. Towels & bed linens provided. Outdoor pool and hot tub, Kids pool & playground, tennis/basketball courts. Secured Gated access. Walk to most of the island's best restaurants/shops.

Note: No Spring Break Groups allowed by the Homeowner's Association of the Complex. Two dogs MAXIMUM 25 pounds with a non-refundable $100 PET CLEANING FEE/DOG.

Great Location - pool and beach access

We will definitely stay again. Clean, organized, great amenities, fully equipped with the essentials, seems remodeled recently and very functional. We loved it! What I would urge the property manager to improve is the check-in process, the gate code was wrong, although they were responsive, it took a while to figure out and pass on to me, there was no instructions where the front desk is and hours of operation, so I could not even ask someone to let me in to reach the front desk. The car sign had the wrong ap#, and wrong dates (showed checkout before my stay), and it was unclear if there was a parking spot assigned. The welcome kit does not specify the need for wrist bands. After the check in hurdles, the welcoming of the apartment was great, the TVs set to soothing images and songs was a VERY nice touch. The whole stay was amazing, and checkout was smooth. Great getaway on the gulf

This was our first time in South Padre Island. Enjoyed some great R & R. Being on the first floor gave us quick access to the beach. Maybe having a high table and chairs on our patio would have let us see the beach better from our place. Ocean Vista was a good place to stay as it was walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This condo met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location

Love this part of the beach. So much we enjoy is within walking distance. The building is quiet and very easy to access. We were very happy with the accommodations and while the ease of being on the first floor with a small dog was very appealing, the view of the ocean from the patio was limited. We were happy we could still see it but would recommend bar height chairs outside to help. It really did have everything we needed and even cooked several meals in house. The local grocery store, liquor store is super close for any last minute needs. It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t need to reach out for anything! Thank you. We will be back.

The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
