Welcome to Beach Estate, Jacksonville Beach's only pet-friendly vacation rental estate featuring two separate homes on one property - perfect for large families, reunions, golf trips, and group getaways. With both a main house and a guest house, each with its own private heated saltwater pool, this estate offers space, privacy, and resort-style amenities that are hard to find anywhere else. The main house sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living areas, and a fully equipped game room, while the guest house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open beach-inspired floor plan. Both homes include covered outdoor entertaining spaces, Smart TVs, and stylish, coastal inspired design.

A gate in the shared fence connects the homes, creating one seamless compound with tropical landscaping and endless entertainment. Guests can relax by either pool, enjoy outdoor dining under covered patios, or head inside to the game rooms with pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, and foosball. The estate is stocked with everything you need, including sports equipment for the nearby park just six houses away, where you'll find a skate park, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, and a huge playground. Only half a mile from the beach, this property truly combines the best of convenience and luxury.

Whether you're gathering for a milestone celebration, multi-family vacation, or golf getaway, Beach Estate offers space and amenities designed to bring everyone together. With two pools, eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, and plenty of entertainment inside and out, it feels like your own private resort. Reservations are accepted up to 36 months in advance due to high-demand - secure your dates early for an unforgettable Jacksonville Beach escape.

DOG FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Amazing Rental

These 2 properties have everything anyone would need for a reunion or just a relaxing weekend. We used the spaces for a wedding. It was planned for outside but the Florida weather had other plans. So, we did the wedding inside. It was just enough space for the wedding and reception. Thanks for making our daughter’s wedding a memorable experience! The kids really enjoyed the heated pools.

Amazing, serene and family memories

The communication from staff and willingness to check for missing items was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool to taking a trip to the beach. This was the perfect house(s) to host both families comfortably. The pool and backyard space was where most of our time was spent and it was so relaxing. Our stay was nothing but amazing! We rented both houses for our wedding, the homes and the yards were so beautiful we decided to just do the wedding in the back yard. We love the place. We rented both houses and it worked out perfect. We didn’t see the little putt putt course and the pictures on the listing so it was a great surprise. Houses were beautiful and completely stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip or family reunion. Coolers, umbrella etc. Pools were heated, plenty of seating for a larger crowd. Game room, putting green, bocce ball kept everyone entertained. Property managers were quickly responded to all questions before and during the rental period. Location was awesome, walk to the beach, grocery store, shopping and huge park. Great stay for our family!

Great place for multiple ages

We had a broad range of ages, and the location allowed everyone to have fun doing all different activities. The park right down the street was a perfect way to spend each evening (it has something for everyone)! It is a quick drive to the beach, too! The house itself was spotless, simply but beautifully decorated, and well-stocked! We appreciated all the small touches and especially having k-cups and garbage bags stocked and ready for use!! The backyards were cozy and comfortable. Shade for those of us who wanted shade, and sun for those who wanted sun. The kids loved having two pools to choose from!

Fun family compound!

This is our 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The houses have everything you need including plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, and a well appointed kitchen! It’s clean and well cared for. Owner is very responsive to any inquiry. We drove or biked to the beautiful beach but walked to the oh so close town park just down the road. We have a very active family and loved playing pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and soccer! Both pools have a ledge in the shallow end that is perfect for lounging in a chair or for little ones to play on. Highly recommend for a big family get away!!

Fantastic and fun place to stay!

Our adult children and grandchildren gathered from all across the country to celebrate a special birthday. The property was PERFECT! There was a large house and a smaller (though still three bedroom two bath!) house, that had adjoining yards and two pools. Both houses had game rooms in their garages. It was also a short distance from a really nice playground/park and the beach. Three sets of washers and dryers made it a breeze to keep up with the children's laundry. This was truly a wonderful experience that our family will remember forever.

Amazing Property

This property had everything we needed and then some. Amazing location with an easy walk to the beach, and short drives to many stores. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and right next door to the park. The main house was spacious and laid out well, no issues with bedrooms and sleeping arrangements - both properties easily fit our large family. The large living and dining room, as well as the large kitchen island, made the experience even better. We couldn't have asked for anything better, everything about the home was great. The outdoor space was great, both pools were well maintained, and the bocce ball and putting green just put it over the top. The houses came equipped with a large game room and plenty of equipment for beach visits. There was something for every member of the family, regardless of age. Well done. We had an issue with the upstairs HVAC going out the afternoon of July 3, in 95+ degree Florida heat, and the property manager had someone onsite within the hour and the issue resolved a few hours later. We were very thankful for quick response! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better location and housing for our large family. Everything was better than expected and we would stay there again.
