Such a nice little place to stay! Very clean well supplied with plenty of necessities for the stay. Host communicated well! Very easy process and would definitely stay again!
We had a fantastic trip. The house was super cute, clean, great beds, great little deck to sit outside and watch the deer. We will definitely stay there again.
The location of the property was great, really close to Fredericksburg. Owners were very responsive and very friendly. Place was very clean and had everything you could want for your stay. Would definitely look to stay there again. The deer out front were a bonus to the view!
We truly enjoyed the guesthouse as it was super cute, clean, and oh so quiet!! You could sleep forever. So peaceful to be just outside the city. Super convenient location as it was just a quick drive right into Main St. Hosts stocked with travel amenities including games. Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this property and give it a solid 5 star review. The property was beautifully remodeled and everything we needed was provided. Very pretty and clean and quiet and amazing views. I would not hesitate to recommend at all. The owner was onsite and provided answers to all our needs. Quiet and relaxing on the porch in comfortable chairs and a bonus fireplace to warm us on chill nights. So relaxing and fun. Close to town. Just perfect.
Our stay here was wonderful! We were comfortable & loved being able to control our individual thermostats at night! We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the outdoor deck & watching the deer. The hosts provided excellent instructions for getting to the property, as well as letting us know some fun attractions going on, & great places to eat.
It was fantastic! We enjoyed the long weekend. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg.
Thanks again Anita for making our time perfect.
Our stay was exactly as we imagined. Accommodations were exactly as advertised, clean, comfort and it was quiet. Didn’t have the opportunity to me the hosts, but communication was excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!
Such a great place! The owners are super sweet and were very willing to help with unforeseen travel issues we ended up having. The home is even better than the pictures. Quiet location and easy access to all Fredericksburg has to offer. Definitely would rent again if we go back to the area!

Lance and I are native Texans, but we met at a blackjack table in Las Vegas (true story!). We are real estate investors and hoteliers by day, but you'll likely find us hanging out with our pups, Lucy and Lola.
5 things to know about us: Lance is a wicked poker player. Our fav vacation was a no agenda, 5 day, road trip from San Francisco to Portland, along the coast. No plans, just stopped wherever we wanted. We bought and renovated a historic 1960's roadside motel in the Texas Wine Country that's been covered in the NY Times and Conde Nast Traveler (come stay with us! See listings) We are HUGE dog lovers. We just moved to Fredericksburg to enjoy the wine life out here. Our last home was a historic property in downtown San Antonio that was built in 1900 and we lovingly renovated ourselves.
We have 3 properties, 2 in San Antonio and 1 in Fredericksburg. We also own a historic 1960's roadside motel in the Fredericksburg area.
