This home is beautiful!! We had a 1 year old, 3 bigger kids and my husband and I with our sister and brother in law. The kids played for hours in the pool. It was super hand for them to play annd us to relax annd watch. The heated pool was an huge perk! Plus bonus perk was having all the toddler features we needed Nd didn’t have to pack (high chair, plates, pack and plays) The kids also loved the setup of the rooms! The layout of the house is super spacious and none of us felt like we were on top of each other! There is plenty of room for everyone to eat indoors and outdoors. Nice neighborhood to walk around, easy access for the activities we did with our families, and super close to the grocery store! Kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked well. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful home in Scottsdale.

We had such a great time. The house was amazing. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was in a great location for our needs. The lemons from the lemon tree were a little bonus. We enjoyed the walking trail right behind the house. Only wish we could have enjoyed the pool but it was a bit chilly during our stay. Olga was great to work with and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this house.

I analyze 100 properties before I rent a VRBO. I stopped looking when I found Casa Rica! I loved the Murals that set the Vibe for the house! Also, the overall cleanliness! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a message from Olga, our host and personal concierge for our stay. She was very prompt and attentive! The house was immaculate, even the towels! It had enough towels, tolietries, and other supplies for our stay. The 4 bedrooms had enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom has its own TV so everyone could watch what they wanted. The beds and pillows were so luxurious! We did spend some quality time together with the large TV in the living room watching the World Series! There was ample seating for our crew and the chaise lounges were very comfy. We also had time to play some competitive foosball on the side. The dining room and outdoor tables had room for all of us to sit and chat as a group. We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and furniture with the adults at night. All the seating areas had many pillows to use. The heated pool was also a hit for childen and adults. There were lounge chairs and pool toys galore. Also, a large Connect 4 game. The pool was nice and warm and I loved that pool heat was included, instead of other properties charging a daily fee for a heated pool! The Monopoly Mural served a dual purpose by also highlighting attractions in the area. The location was very convenient to many places! I would give Casa Rica more than 5 stars!

Excellent Experience

I have never left a review for a rental property before, but I felt I had to this time. This property is just incredible. Everything that a family could need to have a comfortable stay has been provided and the location is ideal. We had seven people during our stay - 3 adults and 4 kids (15, 12, 9, 9). The pool made the heat tolerable during the day and the water was nice and warm at night. We even were able to grill and eat on the patio for dinner, which made meals with the kids much easier. It was clear that the house had been recently updated with quality furnishings - I loved it so much that I told Olga she could come furnish my house any time! :) Any time I had a question Olga was prompt to reply and checkout was a breeze. If your travels are taking you to Scottsdale, definitely stay here. We can't wait to return!!

Wonderful stay

The property is just as advertised and allowed for a comfortable stay for 4 adults and 4 children 12 and under. Everything was brand new and very clean. The pool is heated with optimal temperature to use it any time of the day. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We made great memories and will definitely rent this property again if we come back in town.

Casa Rica is a 1900+ sq ft modern home with expansive ceilings and stunning murals. We have a heated pool, EV charger (48 Amps), game room, large living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, grill, fire pit, and beautiful relaxing pool with a bar area.

For your enjoyment, we offer TVs in the living room and each bedroom with complimentary YouTube TV (100+ channels incl. sports), Netflix, and Disney+.

We take cleanliness seriously: for your comfort and peace of mind, we professionally launder and sanitize all linens and towels off-site. Also, our cleaning crew follows a serious protocol to ensure the house is cleaned and disinfected after each guest.

PLEASE NOTE:

-- Our pool is not fenced; please supervise your children at all times.

-- Our pool is heated, and we strive to keep it at 75-80 degrees F. However, in the colder months (November-February), it can dip below 75-80F, depending on the ambient temperature (when it's below ~45F outside at night).

-- We are in a very quiet residential community. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Please, please respect our neighbors. NO PARTIES!

-- No pets allowed. We don’t make any exceptions (we have kids with severe pet allergies).

-- Please don’t turn the A/C lower than 72 in the summer.

-- The city of Scottsdale does not allow more than 6 adults overnight in a vacation rental. We can’t make any exceptions.

-- For your safety and peace of mind, the property is protected with an outdoor (perimeter of the property only) video monitoring system. Cameras are located in the front of the house (garage, entry door, etc).
