A birder's dream because the neighborhood has a lot of well-established landscape and bird habitat. We stayed at this lovely home for 25 nights. The location is good as it is in waling distance of my favorite hiking trail. We loved the enclosed back yard and front patio for our little dog. The kitchen is layout is designed well for cooking and accessing everything. The home was clean, but I only with they included cleaning items (broom, mop and bucket, window cleaner, etc.) for our extended stay. There are a couple issues we believe need immediate attention. The garage door does not always close from the outside, so you must go in front the garage, hold the button down until the garage door completely closes and then go out the front door. The other issue is the back french-door will not let you back in when it is closed (not locked!) but closed. We needed to come back around to the front of the house to get back in. Overall we loved our stay, we only wish the waterfall in the backyard was on and working the whole time we were there. It was turned on only a few days before we left, and it is very peaceful (and beautiful) when it is on. And our last point is that we wish you had a leaf blower and other items as we would have been more than happy to help keep up the property. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this house! It is in a perfect location, it's clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all gorgeous. The waterfall outside created a perfect ambiance for coffee on the patio. The only thing we feel like could be improved is the door from the living room to the back patio has a problem with the door latch. The door handle does not open the latch enough to open the door so we got stuck outside a couple times and had to go around to the garage or front door and enter again with the code. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!
