A gourmet kitchen perfectly appointed with commercial appliances. Private laundry, 2 car tandem carport parking that easily accommodates large vehicles, outdoor hot-water shower, gated patio facing the morning sun. Wireless internet, advanced yet easy-to-use electronics, artful design lighting. The bath retreats feature spa fixtures, heat lamps and relaxing ambient lighting. Ample closet space in each room. Ceiling fans throughout. Pets are allowed with prior approval. Some exceptions apply.

Do not recommend

No a/c which we knew going in but what we didn't know is there are only 2 small windows downstairs and absolutely no breeze. We live local and actually went home to sleep one night because it was so hot. We ended up buying fans. Trash can broken, toaster broken, shower door missing knob and difficult to open and close. Kitchen cabinets and knobs are sticky and dirty. Shower heads are gross. No beach towels, beach chairs or beach toys so again we had to go home to get our own. TVs are not smart TVs so limited TV especially for kids. We had to make our own beds on arrival and only 2 bath towels per bedroom forcing us to do wash. Towels were rough and definitely well used. House is dark with dark heavy furniture definitely not the beach feel we were looking for. Do not recommend and would not stay again. Management company was friendly and responsive but couldn't fix anything. Good parking and location

Reviewer Comments: it was pretty much the same - good to have some spices, salt and pepper in the cabinets. did have to call about the broken toaster (brought a new one the same day). one other comment - would be nice to have user directions for the TV sets - they weren't the most user friendly!!

This is a family tradition and they make it so smooth. the staff is very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Sarah and Summer! We always like to try different beach houses and locations, but I think we may book this one again. the location and layout of the house was perfect for my family and parking accommodation for my truck was perfect as well. I have a large truck with a 6 inch lift on 35's and it fit great under the covered driveway. I highly recommend booking through Burr White Realty and highly recommend this beach house. Thank you BWR team! The Ord family will be back soon!

There was construction directly across the street, no big deal if you are early risers. We are, but still not real relaxing with the power tools. Home was not really clean but was no probably picked up real good. I would come back to this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property, close to the beach, parking, nicely decorated, kitchen fully equipped, plenty of upgrades. It would have been nice to be made aware that there was construction directly across the street. With no AC, windows are open and the noise began about 6:30AM daily. Bring basic toiletries as there is no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. Wasn’t informed so wasn’t prepared. Sheets are provided, but you have to make up the beds upon arrival. No electronic lock so family of 6 constantly juggling 2 keys. This surprised me from a luxury rental, as we rent beach homes twice annually and this was the first home missing those amenities.

We were extremely impressed. The condition and layout of the house was top notch. Parking was great because of the large carport. The location to beach is just steps away which is always a bonus. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Nice bathrooms and great parking area. Very close to the beach and only about a ten minute walk to the grocery store.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all, we really can't complain. The house is nice, clean, comfortable. One thing that is different is that you need to first go to the realty group office to sign additional docs, and get the keys. Then you can go to the house. This was the first I have ever done this with a VRBO. Also, the linens aren't on the beds when you arrive, as they are in plastic wrap as they're washed offsite. You need to open them up and put them on the bed. In the grand scheme of things it's not a huge deal, but not something that you would think you would have to do upon arrival.

It is very nice inside with a big open space for gathering, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen gadgets/ necessities. My only complaint is that their are no locks on upstairs bathroom doors. Otherwise a great place to stay.
