Carson Newman U., Cherokee Lake, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains, and downtown Knoxville are all nearby. The home features 3 stories and 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a walk in closet, a desk, a Roku TV and a walk out patio. Enjoy the living area with a TV, dining area, coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laundry room.

Wonderful location

We rented this house for family who were visiting for a funeral. They enjoyed the layout which allowed everyone to have there own space while still offering a great communial area.

Great for family Thanksgiving

Plenty of bedrooms for us and our 4 kids and their families. Could have used a little more seating in the common areas but we were a big group! House was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare aThanksgiving feast. Check in and check out was super easy. The layout was great for our family. Beds were on the firm side and there was some street noise but we're used to living in the country so it may not bother other people. I used to sound machine and it was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very nice and extremely convenient. The light in the foyer above the first set of steps seems to have a short. It flickers like strobe light when it comes on. Otherwise everything was great.

Close to the best restaurant called Maddox And other amenities, drugstore, and Mexican restaurant. Every room had their own bathroom, shower and TV. Nice to have your own parking lot in the back. Negatives – not very clean. Indoor windows covered in bugs. Every porch/balcony had a wasp nest. Also wasp in a bathroom. One bedroom door did not shut properly so it would not lock
