This was truly the perfect lake house getaway! Dawn thought of absolutely everything—from the fully stocked kitchen and fluffy lake towels to the lake floats, games, and all the little touches that made our stay feel like home.The location couldn’t be better—close to town, yet right on the lake. We spent every morning on the upstairs porch, coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over the water. Our family especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. It was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy each other, and make some great memories.Dawn was a wonderful host, and you can truly tell how much thought and care went into making this home comfortable for guests. We absolutely loved our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this house on the water. It was home base for a birthday celebration with family and friends. The upstairs living/dining area overlooking the water was very comfortably furnished and provided an excellent view of Canandaigua Lake. The large smart TV had many options, along with family friendly books and games. The spotless kitchen was spacious and incredibly stocked with everything one could need! The outstanding view from the king master bed was a joy to watch sunrises. The rear porch ran from the bedroom to the living room. We had many enjoyable times eating and relaxing with views overlooking the lake. The spacious downstairs, along with the adjoining patio, was also well furnished and perfect for entertaining. The hot tub was the best one we have ever experienced. The host Dawn was truly a super host. The location was easy to get to a wonderful variety of restaurants. It was one of the few homes RIGHT ON THE WATER! We plan to come back again.

This is an awesome property with great amenities and I love that you can literally walk out the door and be on the lake. The hot tub was amazing and it's very close to local shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway!
