The home was lovely. It was very clean close to everything. Only drawback is I would prefer a queen bed. It’s kind of tight in a TV in the bedroom and there was no gas in the gas grill. Other than that it was perfect

Wonderful stay in Sarasota!

Really enjoyed our stay. Maureen was very accommodating and her place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Having the bikes was an added bonus.

Great location property

Photos match what you see in person! Cute little house close to downtown Sarasota that was clean and had all the essentials. The hosts were great and I'd stay again next time I'm in the area. Would recommend!

Great Stay in Sarasota

Great house; very clean; close to everything. House is very well stocked with anything you may need from beach stuff to laundry to games. Maureen was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised! Place was very clean when we arrived. Very well appointed, we didn’t want for anything! Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Used the trolley system successfully! Would definitely go back!

Convenient location - cute and clean!

The house is very convenient to downtown, Siesta & Lido keys. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the lanai is perfect for morning coffee and a quick bite before heading to the beach. Has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay - kitchen amenities, comfortable beds. The rental was exactly as pictured and EXTREMELY clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location , very comfortable house

Loved our stay ! So close to downtown , in a great neighborhood . Very clean house, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and cute little screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the morning . Huge yard with camp fire area. Great communication with host. We will be back in the fall !

Great neighborhood, great owner

Wonderful weekend in Sarasota celebrating granddaughter's 2nd bday. The house was super cute and in a great location. Nice backyard! Perfect place to hang out with the family but close to everything we wanted to do in Sarasota. Maureen was awesome to work with and check in was very easy!

Convenient location for our visit to Sarasota

Scrupulously clean property within walking distance to trolley to downtown. Very convenient location. We took the trolley or walked everywhere. Enjoyed the Breakfast House, Discovery city tour and Ringling Museum. Great weekend.

Beautiful place

The place is walking distance to Publix and trolley that takes you to downtown and Lido beach. Convenient, clean and Maureen is very reachable. The custom directory (binder) maintained in the house is a good guide to nearby attractions.

Our central downtown Sarasota location is one of the best places to stay to be close to everything you'll want to do while visiting. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walk or Bike to many popular destinations. Only 1 mile to downtown Main Street shops and restaurants. Super close for biking to the Legacy bike Trail and a short walk to the free trolley that takes you down Main St to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Walk to the Publix grocery store and Payne Park's 40 acres with playground, Tennis courts, skateboard park, and Frisbee golf. We are also close to Selby Gardens, Sarasota Bay and Marina Jacks/Bayfront Park Tiki bar and restaurants on the water and Bobby Jones Golf Course

All you have to do is read our five star reviews. Our guests appreciate coming into a clean well equipped home. Our central location is a big hit. We are close to everything. 1 mile to Main St. Down the street from the Legacy bike trail and free trolley to St Armands and Lido Key beach. The large fenced back yard is perfect for pet owners and families and the screened in back lanai/porch is comfortable for dining. The home is fully equipped and updated. It has a fully stocked kitchen. BBQ, Beach equipment, WIFI, work area and large smart TV with cable. The home has everything you will need if you like to eat at home. Again location is close to everything - We are close to Sarasota Bay. And only 7.5 miles to the Benderson Rowing Park. And just around the corner to the Dattoli Cancer Center, the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Baltimore Oriole Spring Training. There is a city Golf course near by called Bobby Jones. Parking for large vehicles, RVs and Boats is OK. Smoking is permitted in the back yard.
