Thank you for selecting my property for your trip. Unfortunately there were major problems with your visit. There was dog poop all over the floors and rugs and cigarette ash as well which required additional cleaning. VRBO is in the process of charging you an additional $100 damage fee.

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was just as advertised, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was a short drive to Helen. We loved the property and the amenities it offered. We would definitely recommend staying there and would book again if in the area.

As a group, we really enjoy the property. This was our second time renting the property, and we would love to rent this property in the future. Minuses would be that the Hot Tub Jets were not working, which prevented us from using the Hot Tub. Also, one of the sliding glass door handles was loose, and one of the towel holders in the master restroom was coming off the wall. Finally, the screen door latch to the outer deck where the Hot Tub is located is inoperable, and the other screen door screen was dislodged. We want to thank the owner of the property for the use of the property and hope to continue to use this property next summer.Pastor Daniel Robbins

Perfect getaway

Quaint comfortable home in perfect location. Only 5 minute drive to downtown Helen but set back in the woods where it felt very secluded. Our family loved the property and would definitely return. Great for a couple’s getaway or full family retreat.
