Great place in Lee, MA

Chip and Kim are exceptional hosts, and we enjoy coming to this property every Thanksgiving to gather as a family. It meets all of our needs, and we love it!

The house is perfect for quality family time: spacious, comfortable, lots of board games to choose from and to play by the fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and more. The night we arrived it had snowed a lot. By early morning, the driveway was cleared allowing us to hit the ski slope early. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Chip and Kim.

House was immaculate and so comfortable. I was really impressed by all the extras that were in the house for example, shampoo, conditioner, spices, condiments, any pot and pan you could ever ask for. The back porch was great for morning coffee and to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

Great house and location

This was hands down one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The landlord responded immediately to all questions and there is so much to do in the area the week flew by.

Gorgeous house and location!

Perfect place for our large group - it fit us all well. Peaceful location. Well equipped with anything you might need, and some thoughtful extras! Loved everything about it.

Family trip

It was a wonderful week. The location, golf, beach access, board games and lawn games made the down times fun for all!! The Peloton was great! Overall the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed!

Spring in the Berkshires

This is a fantastic vacation house! Our family has stayed here before, and it never disappoints. The hosts are easy to contact; the house is beautiful, well-appointed, and extremely clean. The kitchen is great for preparing family meals, and the set-back from the street was great for the many kids in our group. The house is serene and calm, and I always return to my work and life feeling refreshed after a few days in the Berkshires.

Well located Berkshire getaway

Very accommodating host and a nicely furnished, well equipped property. Particularly appreciated light switch and kitchen drawer and cabinet labeling that made things easier to operate/find. Worked extremely well for our three generation family get together . Centrally located to many Berkshire attractions. I would happily recommend to friends and not hesitate to rent again.

Property is very well kept. Easy to contact and communicate with the host. All shelves,and cabinets are labeled. The house is stocked with games, toys and puzzles. We had a wonderful time. This was our third season at this house.

Annual Golf Weekend

This was our 3rd annual weekend trip and overall, best location, property, and communication. House and yard in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable, stacked firewood, more than enough room for 10 guys. Again, communication was great, with almost immediate responses to general questions we had during stay. Would recommend to anyone.

5 stars all the way around!!

My extended family got together for an event in the Berkshires. This home was a perfect fit. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The home is a rustic delight. Beautiful woodwork, pristine in cleanliness, lots of private and public spaces to hang. It’s appointed with upscale art and furnishings and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We had a bonfire one eve and enjoyed the fireflies and wooded ambience. It’s just an all around lovely place to stay!

Heaven Again

This was our second 2 month day/ we spent the same 2 months last year, it was again an amazing and awesome experience. The hosts again provided and anticipated all our needs and always available to answer any questions, they also supplied all materials to tells what was new in the area since our last visit, we immediately signed up for renewal next year.

Perfect Getaway

My family and I loved our stay in Chip and Kim’s lovely post and beam home in Lee. The home was lovely and comfortable for our group of eight, ages two months to 70 years. The home is well-equipped, spacious and charming. Due to the nonstop rain, we were unable to enjoy the gorgeous grounds, but felt very cozy in the fireplaces living room. I highly recommend!

Welcoming and spacious

Our family stayed at Chip's house for some leaf peeping and togetherness and his house did not disappoint. It had a beautiful property outside backing up to some beautiful mature looking trees. Home away from home cannot be improved upon,personal treatment as if we were family .

Amazing property great location, every need or question attended to promptly, owners were fantastic, available 24-7 even when They were in vacation in Europe with their family. Also provided us with booklet explaining everything from dining in near by restaurants to information regarding cultural sites and their favorite ice cream haunts. Signed up for return next summer prior to completion of stay!.
