Convenient to downtown for evening strolls and just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, the location of this cozy condo is ideal for the couple or small family looking for easy Stone Harbor living. The unit offers a bedroom with king size bed,a living room with queen pull out sofa and a full bath. The living room has a 50" smart Vizio capable of streaming any of your favorite services or casting from android devices. Cable and wifi is also provided. The bedroom features a 42" Vizio with the same streaming capabilities. The kitchen offers a condo size fridge, stove top, oven, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The courtyard condos offer coin operated washer and dryers, and outside shower, bike racks, and one assigned off street parking spot. Shore Thing

Decent, mostly clean apartment-like unit in small complex. Walking distance to beach and central Stone Harbor. Only stayed for a long weekend to attend a local event. Unit was serviceable but obviously typically rented to in season visitors for longer stays.
