Beach house with gulf and sound access

Wonderful beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with views of the Gulf from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed in the bonus room space off the shared vanity space and an additional second queen bedroom. Both rooms have views of the gulf from your bed and deck. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play, walker and safety gates in as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the attached guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away. Pet friendly with pet fee.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check out procedures for your departure by 10 am are as follows. Please empty all food out of the refrigerator. If you have anything unopened and wish to leave to be donated please leave

Please empty all trash cans and put all trash in green garbage cans. Recyclables go in the tan can. If you have a pet please make sure all pet waste is double bagged and put in green trash cans.

Beds linens can be left on beds and will be removed and washed by housekeeping. extra charge of $75 issued per bed for urine stains All dirty towels should be left in the laundry baskets provided

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Paradise Waters was everything we hoped for and more.We spent a weekend here with the family and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The house is spacious and well laid out — plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling cramped. The location in the Santa Rosa Villas Estates is fantastic, with the Gulf just steps away and easy access to the calmer Sound side too.The amenities really set this place apart. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, bikes, and sand toys — basically everything you need for a full beach day without hauling gear from home. The community pool right next door was a huge bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped, the WiFi was solid, and the smart lock made check-in completely effortless.Sharon is a great host — the listing is accurate, communication was prompt, and it was clear the home has been thoughtfully set up for guests. We’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or larger groups looking for a real beach experience on the east end of Pensacola Beach.

Perfect location and well kept property, hosts had thought of everything. Everything was well stocked and there were lot of stuff in the garage like bikes, kayaks, etc. Kitchen had all the utensils. The bench front was just across the street. Pensacola Beach is only 3 miles away. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Host and Great Property

This host provides everything you would need, and then some! Great location in a gated community, a plethora of beach equipment provided in the garage, and a nice/spacious house for a large group.

Here for the Blues

Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the busy area but close enough to bike in or drive. The Blue Angels are visible when flying over beach.

Family getaway

It was the perfect house for our large family. The view was amazing. Short walk across the street to the beach. If we go back to Pensacola we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect Pensacola Beach Experience

The house is so close to the beach, with beautiful views and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The owners left us a thoughtful basket of snacks and some essentials and they were incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach is stocked in the house, and you can't beat how gorgeous Pensacola Beach is. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Getaway

We had a wide range of age ranges and with the extra "beach toys"; bicycles and pool accessories everyone had what they needed for walk to the Gulf; Sound and pool and the "toys" they wanted for their water play! Convenient to groceries and shopping was a short drive away.

Excellent Stay

Cleanliness, minute attention to detail, welcome feeling of VIP, excellent quality of everything inside and out. This house has all a family or party needs to enjoy the best time at the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. Owners are masters at guiding you through the experience of your stay leaving you wanting to come back.

Location very convenient to beach and short walk to dog park. The neighborhood was nice and included a delightful pier on the bay side; fantastic access to new years fireworks display. Fantastic place! Fantastic location! Fantastic owners! My family and I loved our stay here. The house offers more than you could imagine! Amenities galore! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet and uncrowded beach just across the street and the bay side out back was awesome as well. The owners were absolutely wonderful to answer any questions quickly and provided a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 in every category!

Soccer tournament weekend stay

3 families stayed for the Pensacola classic. With easy access to the beach and a quiet community. This was the perfect house. Sharon’s Communication was fast and she was extremely accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Clean and Comfortable

We were met with a clean smelling joyful place. It was close to the beach, bay and a pool. Water for every need and desire. Kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil anyone would need. We loved it!

The host was incredibly welcoming and an excellent communicator. They even left a welcome basket of goodies for us and our puppy, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They responded quickly to every question we had.The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there, and I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped. We had everything we could ask for. There were toys, bikes, dog toys, and just about anything you could possibly need. Truly amazing.I will 100% go back if I can.

Paradise

Hands down the best communication Ive had for a property in my history of using VRBO! They are kind, very responsive and helpful! Plenty of room for everyone, convenient access to the beach, a pool if you desire and room for parking! 10/10 would stay here again (hopefully with a few extra trash bags next time lol). Perfect place to spend Blues Weekend!
