Stylishly decorated with beachy whites and calming blues, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-story unit overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course will be your new favorite place to be.

The main living area has an open floor plan. White wood ceilings and walls brighten space and tastefully contrasts the kitchens dark navy blue cabinetry and other deep, earthy features in the home. A wall of windows overlooks the porch, which boasts endless golf course views. It’s the perfect place to sit and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The dining table seats six guests, and the counter bar has space for an additional three, so there’s more than enough room for entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully open and is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a coffeemaker; it’s a great place for gathering.

There’s space to sleep 6 guests in this Tivoli townhouse. The master is truly elegant with a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite with a wall of mirrors and a massive corral-style shower spa with a rain shower head, hand-held shower wand, and two more shower heads.

The second bedroom is equally well appointed with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite with jacuzzi tub and shower combination. The third bedroom has a charming twin over twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV and access to the final full bathroom with walk in shower. This unit also has a laundry area.

Every creature comfort is at your fingertips…just as are plenty of to-dos! The private community pool is a short stroll from your front door. The waters of the Emerald Coast is a pleasant walk through the Sandestin community away. You’re not far from a day of play on the golf course nor the shopping, dining, and entertainment afforded by time at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Short Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! Our only issues were...The directions to the pools on the app were not helpful at all...highly suggest maps in condo to get arpund and to at least know where the main places are. The stove either did not work or was not easy to use because we couldn't get it to come on. Dishwasher was the same...couldn't get it to start. Microwave handle broke 1st time we tried using was so loose and just came right off. It was very warm in the condo that at night we were sweating trying to sleep...a/c was not cooling the condo.

Enjoyed our stay! Some things to note…

Overall this condo was wonderful!! It was the perfect size for us, and location!! We would definitely stay again. We loved that the patio was screened in! Do note, the bathtub doesn’t drain well, so we did not use it. Also, the golf cart’s parking break didn’t work, but you can still drive it...just have to park it on a flat surface. Overall, a great condo to stay in!

While we did have a few minor issues (golf cart not charging, minor issues with some kitchen appliances), they were all addressed promptly and professionally. One thing we werent aware of before arriving, the refrigerator does not have an ice maker.We had a great and relaxing time, we will definitely stay at this resort again!

Bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a pretty bad experience. First day we arrived we see cockroaches everywhere. The worst thing is the cockroaches comes home in our bags. Second thing was the golf cart was not working. We rented this place because we know our kids would love to ride the golf cart but the first day we drove the cart out it was out of battery within 20 mins and we have to pushed it back . We called the customer service they said they will fix this issue but didn’t get a callback at all. Very very disappointed.
