Great location

We stayed here recently for a family vacation and had a blast! The townhome is very clean and has everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect with use of the pool and super close to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic & communication was great. Would highly recommend and would love to revisit!!

We rented this house for our family vacation - it wonderful! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication was great - check in and check out were both easy. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

The Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Great for walking and close to Fort DeSoto Park and to St. Pete Beach. The landlord was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We have already booked for next year. Cant wait!!!

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Was clean. Pool was near the unit which is good with kids. Lots of area to walk We had to drive to get to beaches which was fine as we could try out different ones. Quiet neighborhood

Wonderful property!

We stayed for 12 days, and the townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. There are 3 bedrooms, as well as an office that has a daybed with a pull out trundle. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We spent several evenings playing cards around the good sized dining table. The oversized outdoor patio was nice to have as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. The location is perfect-would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. A few glitches from the renovations but handled by the manager via text and phone.

The renovations done to this home make it look like it's from a magazine. The pool and hot tub were used daily by the family. Lots of room for a grown family. Thanks for the Christmas experience

We had a wonderful stay although there were some odd things about it. It was odd that they required a backround check for our stay. I payed for private company to run a backround check. I had to buy garbage bags. We also had to drive 20min away to get a parking pass for our stay. It was not close to the rental. I found these to be inconvenient since our stay was 5 days we are a family of 6. The place was clean and had great amenities, perfect location, and decently priced. Even with its inconveniences we had a nice vacation.

Beautiful stay at Vista Verde 4 bedroom townhouse

This property was perfect for our family. It was my wife and I, and my daughter and her husband and our 11 month old granddaughter. The condo was spotless and looked brand new. We were all very comfortable, and our host Rekha, made everything simple and easy. We will be staying again next year. Thank you Rekha !!
