Second unit available across the hall for larger family or friend reunions. See listing 313635. Also, we own a one bedroom on the first floor of the building. See listing 478736.
Note: This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the third floor of a walk-up building. The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs. As with any building with shared units you can sometimes smell what people are cooking or smoking inside of their units in the hallways and stairwells. The condo itself is not affected, it is mostly the stairwell and the HOA is working on improved ventilation and policy to address this.

Why Laura Jacobsen chose University Park
We love this area of Fort Collins and we wanted to be able to stay there sometimes as well. This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967.
What makes this Condo unique
Fantastic food within walking distance at many local restaurants. Great shopping on tree-lined streets. Many festivals, running races, and music oriented activities most of the year. Winter offers quaintly lit streets and horse drawn carriage rides. The Lyric Cinema downtown shows independent films and serves up a lot more than a bag of popcorn. Easy access to great hiking and to the Poudre Canyon which offers rafting, hiking, x-country skiing, fishing, mountain biking and just about any other outdoor adventure you can dream up.

Clean, basic and good location
The property was well advertised, though it was a bit difficult getting into the place at night.
Unfortunately, the downstairs neighbor had a loud argument on the first night we stayed.
The only weakness for my liking was that the bed was uncomfortable.
It was really nice for Laura to offer the bikes. Nice feature.
Great location, good value.
I reserved this apartment and the one across the hall for me and my teammates while we were in Fort Collins for a tournament. It worked great. The apartments were comfortable and fully equipped.
Quiet, clean and trendy!
This little oasis fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was well appointed and so cool with the copper countertops. The owners check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.
We could not believe how peaceful it was at all times of the day and night!
I have fallen in love with Fort Collins and its progressiveness and the surrounding natural beauty. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!
So glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. Fort Collins is such a great place to be. Come visit again anytime.
Enjoyed staying here, very clean. Spacious, clean and affordable!
Always love to hear that guests enjoyed themselves. Our cleaning staff works hard to make sure things are just right!
Very nice property
Exactly what we expected and it was easy to get in. The inside is nicely remodeled.
So glad you enjoyed it--of the condos we have in Fort Collins this is definately my favorite! Though I do like the fireplace in listing # 313635.
All was clean and well organized. However the directions to find the right apartment, such as a a landmark to find the right building. East, west was a little difficult to clarify. Maybe some name on the building, or "building next to the alley" would help.
Could not find a matt for the master bath shower. The tub gets a little slick with soap on it.
Otherwise, it looked great and was comfortable.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll look at the directions and see if I can clarify a bit. Glad you were comfortable otherwise.
Four blocks to Old Town Square. Two blocks to Northeast corner of CSU campus. Walk or ride bikes to everything. Play in Fort Collins all year round.
