This 2 bed | 2 bath home is comfortable and clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Prepare a delicious meal in the updated kitchen, lounge around the backyard BBQ area or challenge your housemates to a competitive round of Uno! The open floor plan offers a comfortable space to gather, while the bedrooms are perfectly spaced apart for privacy. Featuring two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, this home is a great choice for smaller groups and families.

While you will surely be comfortable lounging around, the true highlight of this home is its’ proximity to the heart of the city. Take a 10-minute stroll in any direction and you will find yourself immersed in the vibrant culture of Old Town Fort Collins. Stroll downtown for a bite to eat or a little shopping, explore the Poudre River Trail system, or if you’re traveling with kiddos, the Museum of Discovery is just a few blocks away and not to be missed!

Everything was super well organized. Communication was as good as it could possibly be. Stacy was wonderful. However the mattresses were quite unsuitable. Much too soft. This is an easy fix which would make our stay a five-star experience.

Great little house near old town very nice neighborhood. Two bedrooms with two queen size bed beds perfect for two or three people or possibly two couples. All the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for a bike race that started at New Belgium brewery. Short walk to Old Town as well. We cooked in several times and the grill was nice to have. Deck is nice although it was a little warm while we were there.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect for our family. Everything was as described. It is in walking distance to downtown Fort Collins which offers a lot of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

The Perfect FoCo Spot

We LOVED this property, it could not have been more perfect for us. The whole place was in pristine condition, the beds were comfy, and it was just the right size for our two couples. Old Town Ft Collins

This was a comfortable, cheerful spot near Old Town Ft Collins. Two bdrm and 2 bath with nice little kitchen and well-equipped laundry room made it ideal. What I loved most was the light - very bright and cheerful. We enjoyed it and would stay again.
