Or, barbeque outside on your private gas grill and dine at your picnic table adjacent to the boat docks. Prefer to relax? Sprawl out on your substantial screened-in porch with seating for 6 straight outside your living room's sliding patio doors, or enjoy the central AC and 3 ceiling fans inside your breezy, beachy condo. Since it's a first floor unit, you have no stairs; enter straight from the outside into your condo with no shared hallways. Unit amenities also include washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi internet, and beach chairs/supplies (towels, cooler, 2 beach umbrellas, kayak, paddleboard, and bicycle w/ wagon coming soon).

Property amenities include 2 heated pools (with lounge chairs and picnic tables both in the sun and in the shade), clubhouse w/ showers, 2 saunas, hot tub, fitness center w/ both weight and cardio machines, game room w/ pool tables, and bike racks. Multiple piers finish the property with seating for viewing Boca Ciega Bay, cleaning stations for fishing, and ladders for launching your kayak and paddleboard. Located in a gated community, you'll always feel safe and secure, day and night. Parking pass is included, so you may park right up to your entranceway. Electric car charging stations are on-site.

Proximity -
Who needs a car? Drug store, discount store, grocery store, and library are 1 block away. Boutiques, bars, restaurants, and boat rental are 2 blocks away. It is only 0.25 miles to the beach, so save by avoiding pricey, hourly beach parking. Sharing the same peninsula is ROC Park, which has tennis courts, basketball courts, softball fields, splash pad, dog park, playground, and butterfly garden. Beach shop and mini golf attractions are less than 0.5 miles. Enjoy the Madeira Beach Market with vendors and live music just 2 blocks away every Wednesday (Nov-May). And if you want to venture out, it's only 2 miles to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with shopping, fishing, dining, and entertainment (dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing, etc.). 

Getting Around -
Madeira Beach Yacht Club in Madeira Beach is centrally located along the east side of Gulf Blvd (15-mile-long coastal road) making it a breeze to access all beaches from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach including everything in between (Treasure Island, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Belleair Beach, etc.). All of this is accessible from the Suncoast Beach Trolley for only $2.25/ride (or <$5/day). A quick 25 minute drive straight north to Clearwater Beach or southeast to downtown St. Petersburg. Roughly 35 minutes to downtown Tampa. It's also less than a 1 hour drive to Sarasota and less than 2 hours to Orlando. You cannot get more centrally located than Madeira Beach!

Airports: 25 miles (~35 minutes) to TPA and 14 miles (~25 minutes) to PIE.
