Great Cape Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the cottage we rented. It was more of a home base for us as we were getting together with friends and constantly on the go, but it was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning could in the Master bedroom could use a tune up, but that was the only issue and it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation! We love to spend time down on the cape. It was a first for us staying at this property. It is a in a great location. The house was clean and the yard was a good size to play yard games. The only thing I would suggest would be to get a better rug for the living room and maybe replace the mattresses on the beds and/or the bed frames. We were drawn to this house because it had a firepit but that wasn't there and then there was a ban on fires anyways.

We stayed in the same neighborhood 2 years ago for a week and enjoyed the convenience of proximity to beaches in Dennis. Will definitely recommend and return for our next vacation in the cape.
