Sitting on the point of the Piankatank River, the private guest house is a spacious family-friendly living space with access to a tennis court and multiple areas to soak in the serene river views. It is a great place to bring paddleboards and kayaks. The house is a short drive to the quaint towns of Gloucester, Irvington, Deltaville & Urbanna with good restaurants and shopping. Come with the family or on a couples getaway trip to enjoy the river and explore the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.

Peaceful Riverfront Stay

Very nice property with plenty to do, including just sitting and watching the river. Nearby attractions are close enough for outings, but you definitely feel like you're separated from the busyness. Our family enjoyed this location very much. Property owners were very kind an easy going.

Peace and Relaxation

This guest cottage was the perfect location for us to unwind after a long day of visiting surrounding attractions. We played so much tennis, kayaked, and used the paddle board. It was a lovely time and we were astounded at how quiet it was.
