We offer 2 Queen bedrooms with full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and a convenient location. Enjoy the hot tub and stars at night. Close to Gruene, Wimberly, San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls. Bedrooms include smart TV's with streaming available. Relax and unwind on the patio, feed the deer from your hand. Basic Soaps, and linens provided. Great location! Minutes to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Close to wineries and distilleries. Minutes from the marina, Gruene, Wimberly, San Antonio Austin, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Marble falls. Take a wine tour, listen to music and enjoy our lake and river!

We take our guests safety seriously therefore, We have implemented measures to protect our guests. After each stay We sanitize the home and all frequently touched items.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will get a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus the processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival. The processing fee is $75.

There was issues with checking in n that was on me. This was my first time. The only things I had issue with was the bug guy showing up. I had no idea he was coming or was to come. Secondly, the neighbor to the right, the owner of the house has no trash service n uses this properties trash can. Both of these fall on the owner, not property mgmt team. Lack of communication

Amazing property

This property was one of few I have ever stayed at that was better than the listing showed. Beautiful house and very clean. Super cute and would love to stay here again!

Canyon Lake getaway

The house was perfect for our stay in Canyon Lake. Felt new and was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Host was very responsive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent place- super stylish

This place is fantastic! The property managers are super responsive and the amenities are excellent. Don’t worry as you drive to the property-there are a few tired places in the way there BUT this place is a gem. And it’s perfect for visiting Canyon Lake! Close to boat launch with a courtesy dock. Overall just a great getaway spot!
