This spacious house was built by Snow Builders in Trussell Ridge neighborhood. Situated on a 2+ private acres this charming home offers great living space both inside and outside. You enter a large tiled mudroom and move into an open concept kitchen, large dining room and expansive living area with ample natural light The large living area opens to a large deck overlooking the very private yard. Three generous bedrooms are on the second floor with two full bathrooms and a comfortable media space with a large flat screen and game table. The lower level offers a pool table, tread mill, additional media space with a queen sleeper sofa, and a large comfortable screened in porch for dining and lounging. The yard has open lawn surrounded by beautiful woods offerings an abundance of privacy. 2 car attached garage with ample room for ski gear. Incredible access to several lakes, beaches and mountains.

Really nice place but could have used AC however NH weather is unpredictable. Some challenges existed with a toddler in the home but overall, a lovely place to stay.
