What makes this house unique

This home has privacy and easy accessibility to a city park, located behind the property with an exclusive gate for guests. In addition, there is a fantastic private hot tub and deck on the property. The home has an open floor plan to provide enough space for everyone to enjoy and a beautiful gas fireplace in the family room.

A great benefit of this home is the connected unit of the same size next door. This allows for flexibility of having 12 to 22 people all together (when renting both units). It makes for a fabulous family reunion or get-together. Within the same location are 4 additional units, with the ability to house 60 guests within walking distance of each other.

Staff will be available 24/7 to assist in making your stay enjoyable and memorable. Additionally, discounts on rental cars, lift tickets, ski rentals, catering, grocery delivery, ground transportation, massages, and personable service are readily available for our guests.

This home is in a great location near endless restaurants, parks, entertainment, and large retail strip malls for shopping. If you love to ski, you will love staying here. Just 5 miles to the Big Cottonwood Canyon entrance and along the ski bus route, which makes stops at ski rental shops along the way. There is a Jungle Jim's Playland for small kids within walking distance. Great for the family!

Convenient location. Good space for our family gathering.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We rented it for our family Thanksgiving. The house was stocked really well with kitchen items and had plenty of areas for the family to sleep. Our only issue was the beds were pretty rough to sleep on. On every single bed the springs were poking and it would really pinch all of our backs. Made for a lot of restless nights. Thankfully, we all just wanted to spend time with each other so it didn't become our main focus. A lot of us moved to the floor because it ended up being more comfortable. This would be a 5 star property for what we needed if the beds were actually decent to sleep on.

The home was clean and tastefully decorated. It was simple yet still felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen was wonderfully organized with the essentials of what we needed for our stay. We were able to sleep 10 people very comfortably in the upstairs bedrooms. There are also many restaurants nearby which was convenient for our group. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Foosball table was a great addition! Hot tub was great, too. Nice to be in a convenient location close to stores, highway, and ski slopes. Wendy was very helpful with our reservation. You seem like a professional outfit that I can trust.

Beautiful home - Couldn't be closer to BYU

We were very impressed with this home. It is so beautiful inside with a great kitchen and so much space to dine for a large group or family. The patio sunroom was a hit with the hot tub, the kids had a great time in the game room downstairs and we just had a great time.

Wendy was so great to work with and let us in on fun things to do in the area and saved us money on the waterpark which is very worth checking out. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
