Enjoy this newly renovated, spotlessly clean small cottage in center of OOB. Located on a quiet street, it is only a 10 min walk to the Pier. Free onsite parking. Walk down the street to Beach Lobster Pound and many restaurants and shops. The 2BD cottage has 2 queen beds and a futon, fast 200Mbps+ Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs for streaming, heat pump for cooling and heating, fully equipped kitchen, outside picnic table and BBQ. Total privacy with a private entrance and no shared walls with anyone.

Tiny but doable.

Small but nice enough.for a weekend. . Its in the middle of other small places so very close to others. Street parking was good.

Deck is extremely small as is the parking

It showed a picture of a picnic table and grill in the back. What it doesn't show is there is no room back there. The property needs to be cleaned up. All in all it was a place to stay for 1 night. Very cramped but we managed.

The property is charmless. Not clean. Linens and towels are disgusting. Very disappointed. Especially for the price I paid.

Sleeps six, but can not sit six

This listing is correct in that you can sleep six people as there is futon in the living room, but there is no place for six people to sit down inside the cabin. The kitchen is poorly laid out, making the very limed counter space almost unusable. The location is wonderful, short walk to the beach, but if you plan on eating meals in the cabin, it is a challenge. In addition, the kitchen does not have items such as oven mitts, and is very limited on dishes and pans. The table on the deck barely fits, so you have to walk on the benches to get to the seats. The grill is shared by three cabins.

Bare bones-no frills

Super tiny, nothing special, no parking unless you leave your # to be able to move so there goes going out for a day, driveway not wide enough to get around cars plus the driveway is what they use for outside space! No one wants to sit on a hot pavement! 3 cottages front to back no window views just broken down storage container! Recommend leaving shades down, no curtains! Sheets thin and old, gross. Luckily I brought my own! No kitchen space to work, no spot the eat! 2 out of 4 stove burners don’t work! Microwave up on top fridge! If you want to sit on toilet and brush your teeth at same time this is the bathroom for you! Communication for space was 2 or more days delayed! Picnic table on deck leaves no space to get in it gotta climb on seat to get in! So if it is a rainy weekend or week good luck no space and defiantly no family friendly! Walk to beach bring a wagon because it is longer than you think!The photos are purposely taken from owner so you really can’t see the place!

Pour une ou deux nuits

Logement basique, pour une ou deux nuits : il y’a une odeur d’humidité et les fenêtres sont vétustes. Les draps n’étaient pas très propre.

Very accommodating

Alan and Elena were both wonderful, contacted them needing an AC in the other bedroom and Alan brought it over and installed it. All in all the stay was great. The cottage was a little smaller than I expected though. But their helpfulness and wonderful personalities made up for it.

tiny house, BIG awesome

This little cottage is right down the street from all the activities and the beach in Old Orchard! It is an easy walk or drive anywhere! The house was very clean, with easy parking. I look forward to stay here again!
