The condo was extremely clean and well decorated! The WI-FI was out when we arrived, so we had to drive back to town to get back into our directions from the host. Would have loved shades in the windows, and the queen bed was quite noisy and not as comfortable as we’d hoped for. The two twin beds is a little deceiving, as one of them is a pull out/trundle and it is a tight squeeze, but doable. Overall the place was very nice.

Great communication, extremely clean, very well decorated. Does not sleep 6. Maybe 4. Mattresses are cover in plastic and then only fitted sheet over it no mattress pad. Making you hot, sweat and very Noisy. If you have someone sleep in the living room it’s a very early morning, no room darkening shades. The door to the only twin bed is very loud.

Hi Laurent, this condo does in fact sleep 6. There is a queen bed, 2 twin beds (trundle) in the smaller room and the pull out couch sleeps 2 for a total of 6. If you had any questions we always encourage reaching out as we are always available to make it an enjoyable stay.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We had come to go to Kennebunkport so the location was good. It is a comfortable place and had some grass around the area to take my service dog out first thing in the morning

The host was great. I got a little lost and he talked me through it. The cottage condo is clean and new and quite close to the beach close to the attractions of old Orchard Beach. I’d stay there again.

I see that some other guests have questioned whether the condo really sleeps six, and the hosts have assured them that it does. Well, yes, technically. The twin bed in the smaller bedroom has a trundle bed, and the couch is a pullout, so each bedroom could sleep two and another couple could sleep in the pullout. But we had a party of five-- all adults-- and we were so on top of each other that two of us wound up staying elsewhere. Also: in the main room, the stools around the common table are quite high and uncomfortable for sitting. I mention this not only because we couldn't use the table for that reason (and we were all between 5'6" and 6'1") but also because the owners have done a really admirable job outfitting the place-- the bathroom, especially, is very well-appointed-- so I hope they might consider replacing those stools with stools that are about 4-6 inches lower and have cushions.And everyone who has remarked on the cleanliness of the place is right. It was immaculate. There was a welcome basket of snacks, and all the kitchenware and appliances were first-rate. The location is terrific, as well, and we really enjoyed being close to the fountain and the outdoor table. If screens could be added to the windows, that would be ideal-- we kept them open (the temps were in the 70s) and loved the breeze but worried about bugs. All in all, a lovely place-- but a good deal smaller than the five of us had imagined.

Great vacation and very convenient

We came to Maine from Ohio for our first time. We had a great stay. This condo is about 3 miles from Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and everything was new. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owners were there in 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again!
