We booked here for proximity to Rocky Top Sports World for a volleyball tournament. Location was perfect! House was clean and well stocked for what we needed. Communication with host was great- very responsive. We only stayed for the weekend but it would've been great for a longer stay! The kids loved the game room. The only complaint we had (and it was a small one) was the pillows in the bedrooms were pretty thin. We definitely would book again!

We had a great stay over New Years Eve. Very responsive and helpful host, house was huge and had more than enough space for 7 people. We could all be alone or together! Convenient location to downtown and everything else in the area. Ample parking (even the garage was available for use!). Very quiet and beautiful home setting. Highly recommend.

This property was great. We had a family vacation with ten people staying in the house, plenty of room for everyone. Ate breakfast and supper there kitchen is large enough. Location is good not right next to all the traffic, but not far from whatever you want to do.

The home was the perfect size for our large family to have room to spread out after a long day. Hot tub was enjoyable! Bring your own toilet paper- we knew going in that they only provide "starter" toilet paper- but we didn't realize that meant mostly empty rolls. We've never stayed anywhere that didn't provide enough toilet paper for the whole stay. So that was new. Would consider staying here again if we come back tot he area with all of our kids.
