Château Pouzy et Bellevue, 400 years old château and farm stays is a splendid holiday destination for groups and families. This traditional château was one of the biggest châteaux in this area dated back in 1684. The château is located in a small little town of Cunèges. Its humble character of white stones from the area is indeed an outstanding show piece sitting elegantly on a hill overlooking vineyards amidst wildlife and tranquility.
The property is a stand-alone property which gives you the entire freedom to enjoy your party privacy. The nearest neighbourhood is 200m away so you can rest assure that your party and good time spending with your friends and families will be kept smooth in privacy.

Un beau séjour presque gâché
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le sublime château de Pouzy et Bellevue. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli, en nous offrant une bouteille de vin produite sur son domaine. Les chambres étaient confortables, le logement était fonctionnel et parfaitement situé pour visiter le Périgord pourpre. Néanmoins, le séjour s’est terminé sur une note plutôt négative. Tout d’abord, il nous a demandé de quitter les lieux à 10h pour que la femme de ménage puisse préparer le logement pour les prochains vacanciers, alors que le check-out étais censé être à 12h selon la description du gîte sur Abritel. Séjournant en famille, avec un bébé de 11 mois et une enfant de 3 ans, nous avons laissé le logement dans un état que nous jugions correct mais avec quelques petites choses à nettoyer : un forfait ménage étant compris dans le prix de la location, nous avons profité de notre dernière matinée raccourcie sans nous soucier de laisser la maison flambant neuve. L’hôte nous a réclamé de façon agressive 75 euros de dédommagement, arguant qu’il avait eu besoin de payer 2h30 de ménage supplémentaire. Il nous a envoyé une vingtaine de photos des petites taches à nettoyer, que le service client d’Abritel a logiquement et objectivement jugé peu choquantes et ne justifiant pas l’importante rallonge demandée. Au-delà de cette requête, c’est plutôt le ton avec lequel elle fut formulée qui nous laissa un goût amer, alors que nous quittions le château avec d’excellents souvenirs de retrouvailles familiales. L’hôte nous a conseillé « à l’avenir d’aller à l’hôtel » : il semblerait qu’il n’ait pas encore totalement compris le principe d’Abritel. Nous conseillons aux futurs clients de bien vérifier avec l’hôte ce qu’il attend de vous en terme de propreté, particulièrement si vous comptez utiliser sa cuisine, surtout si vous payez comme nous des frais inclus de ménage dans la location.

Gîte bien localisé entre bergerac et montbazillac .
Très bon accueil. Hôte sait se faire discret mais à l’écoute. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos bagages• Nous avons apprécier la visite guidée des lieux et son histoire . Des prospectus sont à votre disposition , jeux de société ect.. Le calme au milieu des champs et produits locaux a proximité. Belle propriété qui mérite à être connue. Rapport qualité/prix rien à dire . Échange très facile avec le propriétaire par mail pour notre réservation . Nous souhaitons une bonne suite au château de pouzy bellevue. Nous y retournerons sans doute.

And simply is the reason why I fell in love with this long historical Château Pouzy et Bellevue and eventually I landed on this property.
