Perfect Hermosa Beach Family House!-5 mins from beach

Perfect family house to spend the summer in the amazing South Bay of Los Angeles! Drive to the beach in 3 minutes or enjoy an easy 15 minute walk. Watch gorgeous sunsets every night from the dining table for 10, the huge kitchen island, the living deck, or the couch! Open the retractable doors to the living deck all summer for indoor/outdoor bliss by the fire pit or watching movies on our 75 inch TV. Head up to the roof and take in views from Palos Verdes to Malibu from our 8 person hot tub! Our garage is setup with a Peloton, weights, mirrors, yoga mats and tv. Unwind in our 2 person infrared sauna!
Our primary bedroom has a king bed and big primary bathroom with shower and tub. A child’s bedroom is down the hall with children’s bed and own full bath. Upstairs is another bedroom with queen bed, tv, and full bathroom. The bottom level has another living room with a queen size pullout sofa and full bathroom. The bottom level also has a 5th bedroom currently setup as a perfect work from home office! We have a big private front courtyard that can park 5 cars or close the gate and let little kids ride scooters and bikes worry free. We also have a small backyard with kids slide and playhouse.
Hermosa Beach is an incredible town with tons of great restaurants you can walk to and one of the biggest beaches anywhere!
Our small cat lives at our house even while we do not. She has her own entrance and automated food and water. After a few days, she might cuddle with you.
This is not a party house. It is a family house. My best friend lives across the street so having a party is not possible.
The hot tub goes to max 99 degrees.
