With the split floor plan, the primary suite is truly a retreat. Bedroom one offers a king size bed. Bedroom two provides two extra long twin beds and both bedrooms are close to the shared bath.

The common area is open and spacious with plenty of seating for the whole family.

The Carolina room has lots of seating and connects you from the house to the backyard oasis, complete with your own private pool, which is heated and cooled, with slide and hot tub. Escape the sun under the gazebo with posh seating, TV, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool or soak up the sun poolside in a chaise lounge. The pool house is an upcoming project, but for now, it provides nice storage for pool toys and a half bath for convenience. There is a fire pit area to hang out in the evenings and covered patio for eating.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with a new wet bar and mini fridge! Kitchen is open to the living spaces and outside so you always feel connected.

If you drive in you’ll have access to a two car attached garage. Shopping is within minutes.
