The main bedroom is a Queen size bed, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings and double wide his/hers closets. The attached bath is remodeled with new granite vanity, fixtures, and flooring. In the main bath, there is a shower stall surround (no tub). The guest rooms are freshly furnished with the perfect beach touches.

One guest room is 2 Twins, the other is a Queen, both with nice large windows to let in the sunshine. The two guest rooms share the remodeled hall bath - new marble floors, built-in cabinetry, granite vanity, large tiled shower w/ bench seating (no tub) and adjustable hand held sprayer. This shower is a roll-in for handicap access. The 2nd family room offers TV, spacious, comfortable seating, plus a Murphy Bed (queen) from a built-in cabinet and allows sleeping for kids in the group. The owner gladly provides a high chair and pack-n-play for your little ones.

A cozy living room welcomes you, with an electric fireplace for cool nights. There is also a separate family room, nicely furnished with its own tv, to give everyone a little extra space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with three stools for the breakfast bar. There is a large, walk-in laundry room, with full size washer and dryer. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included within the home.

There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway and a shared garage area for the FREE golf cart and beach supplies for the kids. There are bicycles, games, and corn hole. Enjoy the front porch rocking chairs and swing, or the open back deck that allows for great grilling (Blackstone propane) and kids' activity space. There is an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) for rinsing the sand. Conveniently, there is an easily accessible, extra (3rd) half bathroom, within the garage, for outdoor access without tracking into the house. The owner also provides a few beach chairs and an umbrella for guest convenience
