Community also offers private tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball. Home is in a quiet location, has central A/C, vaulted & higher ceilings, fireplace, private backyard, fire pit, dog-friendly. Close to restaurants & grocery store. Just a few minutes to Pelican Hill Resort.

The home is steps away from the Sancerre community swimming pool, spa, and barbecues. Greater Newport Coast amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, a volleyball court and 2 children's play areas. 1 of the parks is gated with key fob access - featuring kids playground, walking paths, and a large grassy area where neighbors love to take their dogs to play.

No overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Furniture is too large for how small each room is, including dining area. Had to buy a trash can with a lid and a cooler because refrigerator is too small. Tubs and kitchen sink need updates. We added temporary hooks for towels. Turnover of house was late so some walls were empty with nails sticking out.

Luxury robes/slippers, bath essentials, high quality bedding/linens/towels, and equipping/stocking the homes with all that is needed so guests only need to bring along their suitcases.

Thoughtful amenities allows you to unpack and settle into the space, knowing that the essentials for everyday living are provided and well-stocked. Examples include: high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and toothbrush kit in each bathroom. Essential cleaning supplies includes washing detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing detergent & dish soap, and general cleaning supplies for maintaining a clean and tidy environment. And an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex so you can rest easy knowing that these essential items are readily available.
