Sedona Roadrunner is a lovely home located in the West Sedona area, putting you close to many attractions and activities, including some of the area's best trailheads. You'll also be conveniently located near Highway 89A, putting you near shopping and restaurants and plenty of other attractions.

This single-level home features 1,480 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.

You'll enter the property through the front door and will step into the dining area. A few steps more and you will find the living room and kitchen spaces.

Living Room: The living room offers comfortable furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, and a 55ā€ Smart TV. The fireplace is purely decorative (non-functional).

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped stainless-steel appliances including a glass-top range. There's a cute high-top table for two ā€” perfect for coffee and a snack!

Dining area: This separate dining area offers a table with seating for six.

Master Bedroom 1ā€” King size bed, 32ā€ Smart TV, private access to the patio, en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

This home was so beautiful and the layout was great, very clean. Close to the stores and resturants and all the activities you needed to enjoy Sedona, AZ. I would recommend this property to anyone it's just gorgeous and you won't be disappointed. The host was great and so was the assistance we received to understand the property nice having a full garage to park the car in. The hot tub was nice and clean. Hope to make my destination to Sedona AZ again soon.

We had a great stay in West Sedona. The house was very clean and organized and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. You could tell that the home is somewhat recently updated and tastefully done. Both mattresses were very comfortable and the little office off the spare bedroom Was a great place to sit and think. We used both the outdoor hot tub and grill, which were nice amenities to have. We had a minor issue with the electrical and the property management company. Was there within an hour and helped get it solved overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely revisit this home in the future.

The home was so comfortable and welcoming. We had fun putting together a Arizona puzzle. Watched the movie Sedona that was in the novie library. The jacuzzi was perfect to relax.

Perfect home in Sedoa

We loved our stay at the Roadrunner in west Sedona . The house was very clean and well stocked. Updated kitchen was beautiful, dining and living spaces were perfect. Bedrooms were so comfortable with a lot of space. Amazing lighting from all the windows. Outdoor space was open with views of red rocks, lots of seating areas, very calming backyard, hot tub was relaxing. A short walk from house lead to several beautiful trails. We hope to stay again.

Beautiful views!

This house was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It was close to everything. The views from the backyard were amazing. It had two BIG bedrooms and both bedrooms had beautiful views. The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed making a few meals during our stay. And the star gazing from the hot tub was an added bonus that delighted all four of us! We plan to return to Sedona and I would love to stay here again.

The home is very nice and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking (although we ate out allot and reheated leftovers). The hot tub is reasonably secluded especially after dark. There were a number of different pillows to choose from which helped us sleep. Our stay was enjoyable!

Perfect House for Sedona!

Wonderful house... just as advertised. Came for our wedding anniversary for the week. Clean, easy check-in (autolock programmed right at 4pm), and PERFECT location. We were within 10 miles of everything we wanted to do in Sedona (ATV tours, Pink Jeep Tour, tons of trails, restaurants, and more! So glad we didn't pay 3-4 times more money at a resort... we were out and about all day any way. Wonderful house... 5+ stars. Thanks!

Check out time

Check out time was supposed to be 10 am. We went to breakfast early and were returning to the house for a final walk-through and to use the restroom at 9:25. There was already someone else there before our check out time. Property management requires prompt checkout and should adhere to the rules themselves.

Beautiful and well stocked

This 2bdrm/2bath is beautifully upgraded, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. We normally bring a few key items and did not need any of them. Only issue is the hot tub is near the master bedroom. They keep it running almost constantly so it won't freeze over as it was starting to get cold (low 40s) at night. The motor noise is quite noticeable in the master bedroom. I provided feedback for them to not run it all night.

Relaxing weekend

The location was excellent. The home was very clean and was well-stocked with things that you didnā€™t know you needed! We would stay here again. Hot tub and private backyard gave us a relaxing place to view the wildlife.

Mostly amazing!

Wonderful property very well located near the main drag of Sedona. Beautiful touches that made it feel homey- we were so excited to find yoga mats and hiking backpacks! Kitchen was very well equipped and the grill worked great. Hot tub was wonderful2 major flaws however were rock hard beds (everyone slept poorly the whole time) and subpar shower pressure. Otherwise the place was perfect!
