Red Rock Retreat: Hot tub, walk to creek for swimming,.

Quail Cottage is a charming, and very spacious 1 bedroom freestanding cottage, with its own secluded patio and outdoor seating with a wonderful view and a hot tub for guests exclusive use.The main living room has high ceilings, and lots of light from the large south facing windows, but is shaded in the summer from the sun, by the trees around it. The communal room boasts a full kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar overlooking the patio, has a really comfortable Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) , streaming TV ( Netflix, amazon, YouTube TV), internet and beautiful faux finished walls that go throughout the cottage. The bedroom, also large with big windows, has a king bed, and a queen futon sofa bed for extra sleeping options. The cottage has a full bathroom with bath and shower, and is decorated in wonderful sea colors. The whole cottage has a beautiful Zen comfortable feel to it.
Quail cottage is situated on a 2 acre property at the end of a lane, parking is free and next to the building.
The trails for biking and hiking are right out the door, no need to drive anywhere. Mountain bikers and hikers would love this place. This is a very friendly and relaxed place, with lots of space.
We have chickens, dogs and garden, and teenagers and all the associated activity, and centrally located for Sedona and hiking biking trails. You get the best of everything here, a rural setting, surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks, hiking out the door, with all the restaurants and shops Sedona has to offer, 10 minutes away.
WE do not do month long bookings . The most we do is 10 days, sometimes two weeks- it is not suitable for longer holiday bookings, but only for short stays.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

It’s so peaceful & relaxing the moment you walk into this cottage. Everything is as described and more. The patio has such a welcoming atmosphere & after our long hikes the private hot tub completed our days. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, as well. This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring beautiful Sedona!! Why they chose this property

I love this property because it is kind of hidden away , and yet 5 minutes from town and a 5 minute walk to the creek. YOu have the feel of rural with trees all around the house and yard, shading the property in the summer, and the red rocks all around. The hiking and biking trails are right out the door, so convenient to access. Its bike in bike out country.

What makes this property unique

The hidden away quality of this property makes it really special. That we are so close to everything and yet so rural, makes it such a relaxing place to be. Having Oak Creek so close by is a joy, with all its incredible beauty and hiking/biking trails to Cathedral Rock amongst others. We always go swimming there in the summer months.
listening to the birds, with the red rocks all around and the pine trees, is pure heaven.!
Please note: the above rental is an accommodation within our private home and is not a'vacation home' rental. we do not do month long bookings , just short stays up to 10 days or two weeks at most .
