The Studio is our most economical unit. You can enjoy all the perks of being near Zilker Park for less than you’ll find any decent hotel in the area.

This studio is on the lower floor and is the perfect place for a couple looking for a get-away, an extended stay for a work contract, or pull the couch-bed out and squeeze four people in for a weekend out on the town.

The front patio is very comfortable and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials so you can cook in if you’re not in to eating out. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and everything you need.
Other amenities include: covered patio with a love seat and 2 chairs, beach towels for Barton Springs Pool, bar and table seating for up to 4, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 4 sets of bath towels, Roku HDTV, board games, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials including face wipes.

The property is clean and cozy, and is an easy walk to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. The host is amazing and proactively provides information about the check-in and check-out process as well as things to do in the area. The location is quiet, beautiful and well-shaded by many large trees in the area.

Great Location

We stayed 3 nights and the place was very clean and well maintained. We were there to explore the city and see live music so it was a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. Very close to downtown and easy access to the park and the springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

My husband and I loved the Studio. It is in a great location, close to parks and downtown. When we are in Austin in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property

Great place to stay if you want easy walking access to Zilker or Barton Springs, and a quick drive to everything else. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has everything you need. Plus the hosts are fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

So cozy!

This studio was very cozy, perfect for me and my two adult daughters. We were so impressed with the amenities.. We truly felt we were home away from home! Just perfect for a fun couple of days from out of town for a concert. We would definitely stay here again!

Peach and Cynthia Reynolds have owned Zilker Properties real estate company in the Zilker Park/Barton Hills area for over 30 years! Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
