Easy, clean living
We stayed in the condo for Thanksgiving - two adults and two small children. The location was ideal, just across the street from the home of family members. While we didn't take advantage of the amenities in the community, we were very pleased that the property was neat and clean (the place we stayed last year was much more expensive and bathrooms were dirty). A bonus was finding the child gate in a closet to prevent our littlest from climbing the stairs. Definitely will have this property on the top of the list for future visits to the area.

Wow, I am very surprised by your review. I am so sorry you feel that way and wonder why you did not contact me until after you checked out. We take great care in keeping up the unit as is evidence by our 4.8 star average rating.Timing of light bulbs burning out is impossible to predict, but as they burn out we replace them with LED bulbs. The few bulbs that were out in the kitchen have been replaced. I am not sure why you had trouble with the TV. All TV’s have been checked today and all work just fine. Perhaps the cleaning crew did not replace the toilet paper in each bathroom and I apologize for that. I bet that was frustrating. They store the extra toilet paper in the back of the entry closet.
Great family vacation spot!
We just returned from our spring break trip to Scottsdale, and this was the perfect spot for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, great views and had everything we needed. The location right off the 101 was perfect and made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go- about 20 minutes to Cub's spring training ballpark and Old Town Scottsdale, and only 10 minutes to great hiking spot. Great restaurants right across the street and a very nice grocery store. The complex is quiet and very well kept. The pool is less the a half block away as is the workout room.
We had a couple hiccups, but Scott was extremely responsive and all was resolved.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Scottsdale.
Centrally located Townhouse in a gated community!!
Nice gated community in a central location. The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. Had beach towels for pool area and nice view of the mountains. The owner was great to work with - answered our questions very quickly! He even drew a path on google maps if we wanted to walk to Grayhawk golf course!!! The pool area was literally across the street and had large enough pool and two hot tubs. Bed was incredibly comfortable!! Thanks!!!
Located in the very prestigious Grayhawk golf community. Westworld, which hosts many events such as the Barrett Jackson car show is only 3 miles away. The TPC golf course, Phoenix Waste Management open, is also only 3 miles away. Clubhouse design was voted one of the best in Arizona.
