Close to Barret Jackson in private community

Overall a nice property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and good communication from owner...having more instructions on how to use media/hvac in home would help and maybe gyms/exercise places nearby. Otherwise all expectations met.

Wonderful month in Scottsdale

We had a lovely stay. The home is in a fabulous location for all of our needs. We were very comfortable and the house has an excellent layout to accommodate guests as well. Our landlord Saviz was wonderful and cared very much to make sure we were pleased. We look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Arizona Getaway home!

We had a wonderful Arizona getaway in this awesome Grayhawk property. The owner went above and beyond welcoming us and providing us with many extras to make us feel right at home. The location was perfect and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants, mountains and spring training facilities. We would definitely consider returning again.

Great place to stay

This is a lovely home to stay in and wonderful backyard. The owner could not of been nicer. Easy to communicate with very accommodating. He met us on our arrival and gave us a wonderful orientation to his house. He even left some goodies in the fridge to get us started after our journey from the East Coast. The Community pool and hot tub are very conveniently located one block away. The house is well set up with a full kitchen and nice spices is left by the owner, and a full-size outdoor bbq grill and 2 gas heat lamps which we enjoyed on the chilly nights during our stay. Layout of the house was very enjoyable three separate bedrooms a lot different corners of the house allowing for privacy if one wants it. The owner also stocked the bathrooms with some amenities. The living room is spacious with large screen tv, cable, Apple TV, fast wireless internet. We rented several homes in the Scottsdale area and I give this one a top rating both for the layout, amenities of the house and the ease of communicating with the owner and his willingness to accommodate any reasonable requests and safety of the neighborhood .Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable home in quiet, gate-gaurded comminity

The home was very comfortable and quiet, and Saviz went well beyond our expectations in stocking the fridge and pantry with beverages and the bathrooms with amenities.
