My son and I stayed in Scottsdale to escape the cold for several days after Christmas and this home was a perfect fit. The location is perfect for everything in Scottsdale from north to south, the condition of the rooms and living spaces is clean and beautiful, and the host, Raymond, is exceptional and very easy to communicate with. Traveled to Scottsdale to visit family friend and this casita was the perfect location. We are a family of 5 and was worried about staying in a casita but this property was great. We loved the batting cage, basketball hoop, and the space lived larger than 2 bedrooms. We had a great experience.

Luxury Accommodations!!

We had a wonderful stay at the casita. Everything was as we expected. The property is beautiful, clean, and very quiet. We walked the lovely neighborhood in the mornings and relaxed in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed barbecuing on the patio. The location is central to many activities and wonderful eateries. We will return to this property in the future!

Casita on Cactus

The Casita was a great getaway for my family over the New Year's Holiday. We were able to enjoy our time together on walks around the neighborhood, smacking some balls in the batting cage, enjoying the beautiful weather outside on the patio...and we were close to several Scottsdale activities/eateries. The owner was fantastic. Checked us in and available if assistance was needed. I highly recommend staying!

Overall highly highly recommend this property. Not only was the property beautiful, with high end finishes and amenities, but the owner is was outstanding to work with. Casita Perfection

Perfect for a family. We were out visiting family and hitting a spring training game. Our son plays baseball and having the batting cage was perfect for a little hitting on his off time. Having the basketball set up was icing on the cake. The casita was very clean, private, and all the necessities of home and then some. The fountain in the mornings was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

We're Ray and Angela and we grew up on the East coast, New Jersey and Connecticut. Ray served in the Air Force and was stationed in New Mexico. He really enjoyed the Southwest and thought it would be great to live there someday and start a business. We started an air conditioning business in 1996. We have four kids ranging from fifteen years of age to twenty eight years.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Arizona on vacation and decided to move here in 1994. The weather is great and there is no better place to live and raise a family. We bought this property in 2001 and built the casita a few years later. We then remodeled the main house. Our home and casita has truly been a labor of love.

From The Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson to Spring Training and the Arabian Horse show, there is truly something for everyone.
