The grounds were beautiful and my kids truly enjoyed the dock. The house was clean and quaint.

Good location, clean house in quiet neighborhood (a 1 minute walk to kajak rental!). Plenty of outdoor seating but no screened-in areas or covered areas. Comfy beds (and sofa/futon). No outdoor shower or working faucet, which made cleaning up after a beach trip a little tricky.Kitchen had all necessary equipment. The dock was nice, but note that it's a little bit of a walk from the house and you are very close to the road.
