One of our favorite features is exclusive access to Blueberry Pond's private association beach, just a short walk from the house. The calm freshwater pond is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply relaxing on the beach away from the crowds. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is only five houses away, making it easy to enjoy miles of scenic biking and walking right from the front door.
Our location puts you just minutes from everything that makes Brewster special. Spend the day at one of Brewster's beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches, enjoy lunch or ice cream at the iconic Cobie's, browse the charming Brewster General Store, or explore the shops and galleries along historic Route 6A.
