Looking for a quieter, more relaxed, family friendly or girlfriend trip type environment in Panama City Beach Florida? Pinnacle Port is it. It is the beach you remember growing up going to but with WiFi and much, much nicer! Wink, Wink!

Nestled between The Gulf of America and beautiful Lake Powell, Pinnacle Port offers up the most impressive views of the shoreline of the Florida Panhandle. Featuring, direct gulf views off the dining and living room areas. Sit on the balcony off the living room and listen to the waves. The kitchen was renovated and features all new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and quartz counter tops. A half bath with a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room has a comfy gel queen size mattress inside the brand new sofa bed.

Upstairs you'll find 2 King bedrooms-one with direct gulf front views and one with Lake Powel Views. There is also a foldaway cot if needed.

The resort has 2 pools, one that is partially covered for those hot beach days. It is also heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment. 2 saunas are available for your use. Pinnacle Port has 2 grilling areas located throughout the property one of them viewable from the living room balcony. They have a beach side playground, boat slips and docks for fishing. There are tennis/pickleball and bocce ball. All of this in a safe, gated community lined with sidewalks and palm trees for bike riding.

**This 2 story condo requires stairs to get to the second floor bedrooms & baths. This is an older building so the ceilings are lower-8 ft tall and it is not handicap accessible.
** There is a $35 parking fee per car per stay paid to the resort.

Cozy beach condo

Had a wonderful stay with my family! The condo was decorated nicely, well stocked, and very clean. Great appliances and beds were comfy. Appreciated having chairs, pack and play, and beach toys for kids already there! Easy to communicate with owner.

One of the Bests Condos on the Beach!

We will definitely be back. This condo has everything you could want. The views were incredible and the beach was fantastic. Two heated pools, a snack bar with some amazing pork nachos, and a beloved playground by our 3 year old. Great experience and Allison, our host was phenomenal.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

Nicely remodeled condo with 2 comfortable king size beds and beautiful views. Excellent communication with owner. Kitchen could be better stocked with things like baking pan, tongs, potato peeler etc…but had enough to get by. Nice appliances. Over all our stay was amazing!

One of the best condo rentals in Panama City area

We had a wonderful vacation, the condo was beautiful, It had everything you would ever need, and we love the ocean front view from the bedroom and balcony and also the balcony in the back overlook the inlet/lake. Don’t forget to bring your fishing poles, the boat dock is right behind the condo. I would say the two balconies made this condo very unique. The beach was great, very laid-back, everyone was very friendly. . The booking transaction was one of the easiest ones I’ve ever booked. We would highly recommend booking the condo to anyone , and we plan on booking again. Thank you again Alison

The scenery from the room is breathtaking and the design of the condo is very well thought out. The negatives were the elevators tearing up every day. Sometimes only one was working and sometimes two but it would break down with people on it! That is scary and you can’t just hoof the stairs from the 7 th floor.

Just what we needed!

I stayed here with my parents and my daughter and we had a blast. The beach was beautiful! But the location was the best. We were able to do some really nice things together

We were looking for a safe, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach with security gate entrance and access to the beach as well as Lake Powell. We found this hidden gem at Pinnacle Port tucked away in the private community of Carillon Beach. The beaches are never crowded. We know our guests will love it too!

This is a lower density condo community meaning less crowds on the beach. This condo is on the 7th floor with unbelievable views from every window. As of 2025 we have a Fantastic New Cleaning Team! Our guests have been very happy!
