Located on the sparkling Matanzas River in St. Augustine, Point Matanzas Unit B3 offers up idyllic views in coastal comfort.

With so much to see and do in St. Augustine, the only problem you’ll face is what to do first. Nature lovers can hike the Matanzas State Forest Loop Trail. Pack up the family and spend the day at historic Butler Beach; for a nominal fee you can even drive on the beach! Just a couple of miles north is Crescent Beach with plenty of options for dining and shopping with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. You don’t have to venture far from the condo to relax. The property at Point Matanzas B3 boasts a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Kids can play tag on the green lawn while you stroll down the pier.

Ideal for family vacations or your next friends’ trip, this bright and cheerful two-story two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six in complete comfort.

Upon arrival at Point Matanzas B3 you’ll find fresh linens and plenty of towels waiting for you. Downstairs, the roomy living room with plush seating is the perfect spot to relax. Catch the game in high definition on the oversized flat-screen TV. The covered patio is a great spot to savor a cup of coffee as the sun comes up. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to whip up a delicious brunch. Mimosas anyone?

Upstairs, sweet dreams are yours to have in one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom, with a comfortable queen-size bed, has its own private balcony with lush green and endless water views. I give a 5 because you can’t beat the views here. We have stayed in this unit twice. Just a quick walk to the beach, you get the best of both the ocean and the river. Very clean, comfortable and has what you need. I would give it less stars just because I feel like it is a beach rental and for travelers who fly in, there should be beach towels provided, beach chairs and an umbrella at minimum. If those items get damaged by the renter, then charge them. But for the renter to have to go out to source them or rent from someone else doesn’t seem right. Thank you for the stay, we love it here.

It's was nice and quiet. My only complaint are the beds, not comfortable. Lots of boat activity. Pool it's off to the side and nice.

Perfect Condo for Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this rental. It was exactly as described, had water front views, and a very nice pool area. We were able to park our boat close and dock it at the condo for easy access. We will be booking this one again.

Lovely waterfront condo

Well equipped condo on the intercoastal waterway, with a pool nearby and 5 minutes walk to the beach. We went in April and it was a bit windy on the beach so we used the pool. It was very quiet so we had it to ourselves mostly.The condo is very nice and well equipped. Communication was good and access information was clear.

A little piece of paradise

Very clean and quite. I loved taking my coffee from the the upstairs balcony watching the boats going up and down the Matanzas. My only suggestion is could there be a couple of dish towels since the dishes had to be washed by hand but not a big deal. Over all it was an awesome stay.

Friends weekend

Looks as it appeared online. Very easy check in and out. Very comfy beds. The description needs to clarify about the type of coffee pot. One said Keurig one said grounds. It was grounds. Also, this is the first VRBO i have stayed at that had no toiletries other than two small soaps. Maybe the cleaners didnt put out or its not something normally done 🤔. The view out back slider door was peaceful and beautiful. The pool is very nice but too cold to swim currently will be back to enjoy in warmer weather. The dock was very nice to fish from and enjoy. Out of all of us everyone plans to return with there families. Thank you :)

Absolutely LOVE!!

This was the perfect “home away from home” place. Minutes from the beach and a few steps from the pool!! Very quiet and relaxing!! Definitely will be coming back!!

Love this area!

Outside of an issue with the cable/internet for the first 2 days, this was a fantastic stay. The views from our unit of the river were amazing but having the close, walking distance to the beach made it even better. Very good restaurants close by but out of the super busy areas made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The team at Vtrips were great. We will definitely return. One note for the people at VRBO: be more transparent about your prices per night; with all of the “fees”, our nightly price jumped by $100 over the advertised amount.

Our weekend at Pointe Matanzas

Absolutely loved the property. Condo was very clean. Would love to stay there again, but we are getting a dog and there is a no pet policy. Do any of the owners at Pointe Matanzas allow pets. It is a small non shedding Schnoodle. If so will would love to return again soon!!
