Welcome to "Utopia", a 1-bedroom bungalow in Dover Bay Marina Village. This cozy retreat blends comfort, charm and the peaceful rhythm of lakeside life! The bungalow is fully furnished and boasts a fully equipped kitchen that makes mealtime easy. Enjoy the gas fireplace for cozy nights in or unwind in the Adirondack chairs on the patio to watch the sunset! Suited for couples or small family. Sleeps 4. Pet-friendly!
We give our guests all the privacy they need. We are available when needed.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped with full size oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cookware
* Outdoor Space: Private deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
* Extras: WIFI, air conditioning, gas fireplace, access to Dover Bay amenities.
A Rental Car is Recommend.
* Pets: Dogs allowed with a $35 per night fee per dog (maximum 2) Please make note on reservation if you will be bringing your pet.
* Boat moorage and trailer storage available by reservation (additional fee). Space is limited, so please arrange in advance to ensure availability.
* Check -in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
