THINGS TO KNOW
New 4K smart TVs, Blu-Ray and DVD players, queen bed, sofa bed, custom blackout window treatments, dishwasher, small cooking appliances, and flatware as of spring 2022.
No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.
The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our second stay at Emerald Isles. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. Great location and convenient for our favorite excursions. Will be looking forward to staying there again.

We loved that this condo was fully supplied with SLS free hand soap in each bathroom, and SLS free body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each tub/shower. The tower fan on the closet was a very nice surprise as I have to have a fan on to sleep. Very clean and cozy condo.

Dirty and not well equiped

Had to wash linens when we arrived, cleaned dishes and coffee pot. Master Bed is too small looks like a twin? Vascasa showed is another unit, 1504 of which the carpet was stained almost black from wear and dirt.. These need help and we were not happy nor comfortable.

1404 was nice! Would rent again!

For 4 adults rental was very nice with plenty of space. How ever there was room for more people. Rooms were spacious, closets with hangers was a plus! Plenty of cookware and kitchen stuff. Couches were comfortable, beds were nice. Clean upon arrival. Smart tv was perfect for movies. West end of PCB is our favorite. Seems to be less people and less crowded beaches. Two years in a roll at Emerald Isles resort and will most likely come back next year. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Would rent it again!

Great location!

The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. We didn’t cook much in the condo but had just enough dishes for breakfast. You can’t beat the location and view. There were plenty of parking spaces available. The beach and pool never felt crowded which was great!

A perfect stay!

Stayed with our family of 4 in June. We booked the unit literally the day before we arrived due to having to cancel our original unit at Celadon. We took a chance without having the luxury of weeks of research like we normally do and were nervous as we didn’t know what to expect. To our delight the unit was beautiful. Very clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. The unit was honestly better than we thought it would be. We’ve stayed at silver beach towers the last time we came to Florida. While that one was a notch above as those are million dollar condos I can honestly say that this unit was just as clean just smaller. We have high standards and this unit did. It disappoint. The only negative would be the unit could have used an extra blanket or two as we like to keep it cool and crisp when we sleep but it did get a little drafty with the vent placement. Location was far from the crowds just the way we prefer. You can visit during the day if you want then escape to your quiet sanctuary at night. If you’re the type that prefers the hustle and bustle this place will disappoint you. It isn’t that vibe at all. More relaxed and lots of families.
