St. Maarten’s has an array of resort-style amenities, including three pools (two outdoor and one indoor) where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip. There are also two hot tubs—one indoors and one outdoors—for relaxation. Unwind further with saunas or keep up your workout routine in the fitness room or play a friendly game of billiards.

You have private access to the drive beach to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach, providing the perfect backdrop for beachfront memories.

St. Maarten has three elevators on the property, ensuring access to your beach oasis. You'll have the peace of mind with one assigned parking space in the secure underground garage, as well as additional open outside parking.

Please note that St. Maarten operates as a two-week minimum rental building, allowing you to fully discover the coastal lifestyle and create lasting memories in this amazing Daytona Beach Shores retreat. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
