Relaxing Northwoods Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and worked perfect for a growing family. There was plenty of closet space, huge plus for snowmobilers. It was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We loved the space in the kitchen for being a rental. Everything was in working order. We had a minor issue with the wash machine leaking and the shower not draining properly. A very polite gentleman came and shoveled all walkways and deck. This was one of our favorite rentals so far. The only critique we have is with the cleanliness. When we arrived there was some kind of dried up animal waste on the rug right as you walked in from the garage. It was an easy clean up but that shouldn’t have been there! There were many cob webs with dead gnats, mosquitos, etc in them. We cleaned most that were within reach. The sheets had some black stains; we understand that doesn’t mean they weren’t cleaned but it would have been nice to have stain free bedding. Overall, we were very satisfied and the issues stated didn’t make us not want to come back. We just hope it’s cleaner for our next stay. We look forward to staying again.
