The full kitchen is stocked for you convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?

Enjoy the view from your private balcony and fall asleep in the queen Murphy bed in the living room for some ocean white noise. The bedroom has 2 more queen beds as well. The full kitchen is stocked for your convenience, and the HOA provided cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi. But who needs those when you have a great view and easy beach access?
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
