A solo unos pasos de la playa, el condominio E35 tiene vistas espectaculares del Golfo de México y recientemente fue completamente remodelado y redecorado. El condominio de lujo está bellamente decorado y amueblado con todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones cómodas.

Con 2 habitaciones espaciosas (camas: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 doble) y 2 baños completos, y un sofá cama, el condominio puede dormir fácilmente 7 personas. La cocina completa y el comedor te harán sentir como en casa. The host was very pleasant and replied promptly. The condo was very nice except for a spot in the floor where the vinyl plank was cracked. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided which was a nice extra. It would be nice to be provided a few extra trash bags and dishwasher pods so these things wouldn’t have to be purchased.

A beautiful unit with an amazing view. We had a few minor issues, but everything was quickly resolved by excellent property managers and the most responsive owner that,in over 15 years,I have delt with. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation,this is the place!

Beach Front Paradise

We had an amazing week in Sanibel! Your condo was exactly what I hoped it would be when I booked it: clean, beautifully decorated, elevator access (a first for me & now I'm spolied), and a view that made the whole trip!We were going to be arriving later than planned & I messaged Erik & he responded back within a matter of minutes.Thank you for offering your home at such an incredible price! We will definitely be back!

Great location!

The condo was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the owners’ closet having chairs and umbrellas available for use. The pool and beach were steps from the condo and we didn’t even mind the slight construction noise. We loved it!

Great condo & beachfront

Great week long stay. Great location and beachfront. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. We didn't try the other ones. Opportunities for improvement: kitchen could use things like a pizza pan and pizza cutter. The sharp knives were rusty. Would be nice if basic things like salt and pepper were available. The dryer wasn't working properly and the dishwasher had no power. We didn't bother during the stay to deal with it and let the property manager know upon checkout. The master bathroom sink water (left side) smells badly of mold/mildew when you turn it on. There was some dust in certain areas (bathrooms) and kitchen mits had fresh food spots on them from previous guest. The place was clean overall, but it may be time for a deep clean. Check-in was confusing. Maybe I missed an email with the instructions. But we didn't know we were supposed to go to an offsite office and pickup check in packet.

Beautiful View of the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay! The decor is very nice, new and relaxing. The kitchen, mainly the cabinets, smelled very musty so we decided not to cook much, but it is well stocked with everything you need. There is a lot of construction, but the condo faces the Gulf and the view is beautiful. Several outside pictures in the listing are not current and do not show the amount of construction by the pool area, but it is so nice to see Pointe Santo rebuilding. We were so happy to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo and location

The condo was beautiful, from the furnishings to the views. Even a nice assortment of beach equipment was provided. The owner was honest and offered information about the current status of the complex. Also offered suggestions on places to eat. Can't say enough about how easy it was to communicate with the owner.

Simply wonderful

We stayed for the week of September 17-24, 2022. The condo was clean and well cared for, except for some repairs that need to be made to the kitchen faucet but it did not hinder our enjoyment of the unit. We loved Pointe Santo, all the birds and wildlife, the beach, the staff at Pointe Santo and VIP Rentals., and all the great places to eat and shop. We will come back.

Laid back beach spot and very nice condo accommodations

I really loved the atmosphere of this location. The beach was very chill and not overly crowded. The shelling along this stretch of beach was awesome. I liked that Pointe Santo had a volleyball net setup and the bags game. Plenty of chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Also bicycles, paddleboards, mats, and a kayak were available for rental. The E35 condo was very nice. Fully stocked kitchen with up to date appliances. The bedrooms were comfortable though they could use new pillows. The bathrooms were very nice. Good living room setup and big flat screen TV. Everything was well cleaned. Also the Lanai overlooking the beach was a real highlight of the condo. It was great having dinner on the lanai, and watching the storms was cool as well.

Great retreat for us and some friends

Here in January. Island was very quiet. Condo was nice. Interior was remodeled. Exterior a bit dated but well kept. Second bedroom did not have comfortable beds. Kitchen needed some storage containers and some basic condiments. General lighting was poor.. Great location. Deck was awesome. Beach was right down the steps!

Great beach getaway

The condo was nicely furnished and had an updated kitchen. The location on the beach was great and we spent a great deal of time on the screened-in porch after biking and the beach. Plenty of cabinet space for food storage and the kitchen island was a great work space. While the pool/hot tub were very nice, the big draw for us was the beach. We rented bikes from Finnigans and they delivered them to the condo and picked them up too! Very reasonable also. We loved biking to the various beaches and the. Ding Darling Nature preserve. Altogether a lovely place to stay and a relaxing, warm vacation. Drove home to snow and 32degrees! Miss Sanibel already!

Amazing views and nicely remodeled unit.

We just loved the property. Stayed at this development before but not this unit and we’re super pleased. They had everything we needed and the unit was very welcoming. We will defiantly be rebooking future travels to this unit.

Great ocean front condo

Condo was Close to everything Clean Well decorated, love the furnishings Spacious However Need to supply a bottle of dishwashing liquid The cleaning people use a lawn blower to blow the sand off the hallway and stairs in the mid morning, the blower was extremely noisy. Heard them about every day for a good 15 minutes. Don’t like that noise.
