This large, private, and SUPER clean home has THE BEST location! It is within walking distance to the river, bars, and restaurants so you can ditch your car, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Sit back and enjoy the view of the Sequoia forest from the wraparound porch, sneak a peek at the deer walking down the street, or just listen to the birds. The space
Our place is super clean; our dedicated cleaning professional cleans the home from top to bottom after each vacancy. You couldn't ask for a better location; the home is far from the crowds yet close enough that you don't need a car to enjoy river rafting, hiking, shopping, dining, or a visit to the local saloon. Each of the bedrooms are very private, and located in separate sections of the home. You will be amazed by our master bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom with an oversized sunken tub and skylight that allows sunlight to stream in during the day and a chance to gaze at the beautiful stars in the sky at night.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire house, except for the loft areas; guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver regarding this.

The front entry is equipped with a Nest Hello system. With Video and Audio. Smart lock keypad entry system.

Basic, Clean and Very Centrally Located

Only 3 of us but could handle 6-8 depending on needs. Nothing fancy but clean and everything works. Walking to everything in town and I walked around the corner daily to take a dip in the river. We would stay here again

Great Location!

This home is very comfortable, the beds were very good (did not use the twin beds in one bedroom). The location of the home to town is amazing, you can walk right into town. There is a washer/dryer, backyard, 2 living rooms/family rooms. There are lots of dishes, pots & pans etc. if you choose to stay and eat here. The furniture is a little older, but everything is clean. The master bedroom bath has a tub with a shower nozzle, a little outdated but everything worked. We would stay here again. Thank you!
